Energy Guard

We have been waiting for over a year and a half for Energy Guard to finish what they started. IF you manage to reach anyone they are full of promises and NO follow through. We are left with mis-matched siding, broken siding, a fence that was supposed to be replaced "in 2 weeks", and a broken garage door that was "on order". DO NOT use this company!

Had a contract for siding with Handy Hands in Wichita, they sub the job to Energy Guard, the installers did a very poor job, looked unfinished when we finally had enough. We had ask them to fix issues with the siding and basically were ignored. We only paid them because we were told by Mr. Henry the job would be done to our satisfaction. Good luck with that. Contacted Handy Hands mutiple times over two months and really got nowhere. Finally had the lawyer send a letter, don't know if that did the trick but Jason was there the next day. He is the only one that seems to care about the job. Would I suggest Energy Guard or Handy Hands for a project, think not.

If I could give them no stars I would. We signed a contract on May 29 for new windows and wrote them a check. They were supposed to install the windows in 6 weeks. July came and went, August, and September with no windows or phone calls. At the end of September I called and asked for a return or we would be in court. They sent a form canceling our contract and said it would be 10 days. Well its October and still no refund. They keep giving the runaround and now theyre aboiding us. I guess we will go to court to get my money back.

This company took 11,000 of my insurance money 17 months ago for hail damage. They stopped by once for a fake insurance "inspection" and have since ignored me. I call and call the fake insurance adjuster and he never returns my calls. I called the local sherriff's office and was referred to the state police who were well aware of this company and their tactics. Do not work with them.

we had windows siding and a roof installed. Our roof never leaked and we wanted to get these things done before we retired so we would not have those worries. we have had a leaking roof now for 3 years. the siding has holes in that just appear. some of the siding is coming off and not properly installed at the corners. the windows have holes that leak water inside my house.to their credit they have shown up twice{in 3 years} to fix the roof but have never fixed it. They improperly installed our roof. we have made I don't know how many calls to the office but never get any response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will take your money, miss appts that they set up and the workmanship is poor. I wasted around 25,000 on this company. Still have siding with holes, coming apart at the seams leaking windows and a roof that leaks every time it rains. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
