Absolutely love Dr. M. I have thyroid issues and he is very calm and reassuring at each and every visit. He explains the options you have and what may or may not happen down the road. Wonderful bedside manner. He has even answered my emails on a Sunday!

I had my first visit today. The staff is so kind. They treat you like a person. I have struggled to find a good endo since moving to Wichita, or any provider that can handle my complex medical situation. Dr. Mortada listened to me. He addressed every single one of my concerns. He was so kind and seems like he genuinely cares about his patients. I would definitely recommend this office and this provider.

Dr. Mortada has been my Endocrinologist since 2015. I'm a nurse and I have multiple endocrine issues, such as type 1 diabetes. I have had multiple emergencies where I needed insulin after hours and instead of me waiting days at the pharmacy, Dr. Mortada has met me at his clinic to give me the insulin I needed so I didn't have to wait and potentially risk going into DKA. Dr Mortada takes care of myself and my husband who has an incredibly rare endocrine issue which most doctors don't even know about. Dr. Mortada has won awards because he truly cares about his specialty but he truly cares about his patients. Never once has he given me a hard time over anything I've done as a diabetic. He has voiced concern but not given me a hard time and tried to shame me. He has a wonderful bedside manner and my experience was after I had an emergency c-section delivering my 2nd child. I don't care what color my doctors skin is or what their nationality is. I want a doctor that is well educated in my disease processes and that cares about their patients meaning they care about me. The 1 star review is BS. Dr. Mortada asks patients, before students enter the exam room, if they are comfortable with having students. If the patient is comfortable then he will introduce the student as well as why they are there and allow them to come in. That is protocol. In all the time I have been his patient never once has he not asked me if I was okay having students when he had some following him.
