Wonderfully talented stylists. Beautiful color techniques & expert cutting & shaping. My hair has never looked better since I began going to this salon. I have never had to wait past my appointment time. The shop itself is beautiful and clean. The stylists are upbeat and friendly.

10/22/23 appt Reanna Wyatt a/k/a Reborn Beauty. Was told, after she already colored my hair, that she used a different brand/color of purple as she was 'out of my dark plum purple.' [WHY would she NOT tell me, so I could reschedule?!?] Result: lavender, hot pink, gray looking hair w/ blonde. Usual hair: chunky blonde highlights, dark plum purple underneath back & mixed thru top as dark color. Reanna volunteered to meet 10/22, assuring me she'd have the CORRECT color & would also properly cut my hair. I asked to go from long, layered hair to shoulder-length, layered hair. HOWEVER, instead of sectioning my hair into parts & cutting those parts...I was SHOCKED! She took scissors & just started chopping off the back of my hair...I have long, THICK LAYERED hair! RESULT: Horrible! Uneven hair, different lengths, the scissors left the ends 'chopped' looking, & not shoulder-length or layered, because even though SHE KNOWS my hair is curly wet & very wave dry, thus, if you're giving me shoulder-length, layered hair, you can't chop it off like that! Then, SHE DIDN'T SHOW TO FIX MY HAIR 10/22! She KNEW I was starting a new Legal Assistant job 10/23! I've never been so embarrassed on a 1st day of work with lavender & pink hair! I've been horrified and scared to even attempt to have it fixed for fear it'll be worse! So, I've had to resort to pulling it back into a clip like some old lady. Do NOT trust Reanna Wyatt a/k/a Reborn Beauty, you'll be sorry!
