Empower Physical Therapy

Empower is my goto PT. Have depended on them since before they moved to thier new location. I have always received A+ care. I have used them when I paid cash and when I have insurance and never had any questions about their pricing or billing.In my experience, I have no concerns and highly recommend them if you have any aches or pains.

They provided an explanation of benefits at my first session showing that I would pay much less if they didn't bill insurance & I chose self pay. I chose to bill through insurance and paid 1/3 of what they said I would pay. Ethically questionable practices - buyer beware! I turned them in to insurance and the rep said what they're doing is against contracts. Medical practices that take advantage of the customer are truly nauseating. They have great PT's, but I will not recommend this practice due to questionable billing practices.
