Empire Tacos

We try eat local around Wichita area small towns. Our first trip to Mulvane Empire tacos. Service was very welcoming and food quite tasty. I recommend the Empire taco dinner. Fried but not greasy. And we tried the Turtle dessert chips.

Cute clean restaurant. We just went in for a drink the bar tender was polite and helpful. But it was so refreshing to see all the servers without piercings snd tattoos. I will go back for dinner super cute patio.

Very cute little establishment in a great old town area. The building is beautifully finished and very updated inside. We enjoyed our meal and would definitely go back. They also had seafood option shrimp and tilapia which I always go for! I enjoyed the shrimp bowl if your not a huge fan of queso sauce you may want to ask them to hold back a bit otherwise everything was great!

Ambiance was really cool here. We came in from Texas and found this place on Yelp. Waitress was super sweet, but she seemed new. The pastor tacos were more of a guisada than actual street tacos. Hot salsa had great flavor but was more of a mild profile with an adobo sauce flavor. I'd come back again but try the taco plate.

We went to Empire Tacos in downtown Mulvane and it is amazing. The service was great also. Our server really made the experience worthwhile. The atmosphere is great as well.

Not very good food for the price of the taco bar non of it was fresh it was all pre packaged .. won't be going back

Over 20 minutes at table, no service - not even waters. Other customers tried getting wait staff for us as well but they told not their table. Tried switching tables so we could get service but told no other tables when we clearly saw open tables. Left with no food or service.

Nice quiet place for a quick, enjoyable dinner. Service was great and food was out fast. Steak was tender and had flavor. Salsas were genuine.. (I've had plenty that tasted like marinara sauce around wichita). Overall experience felt like I went to my moms for dinner.. which isn't a bad thing. Would come here again and on a warmer night.. I want to try out the patio.

We were pleasantly surprised by this little small town restaurant. The restaurant is beautiful, modern, and clean. The servers were personable and attentive. The flavors in the meat, cheese dip, rice, and beans was unlike most Mexican restaurants. It was subtle but interesting. Overall, a wonderful experience! We have found our local week night taco spot!
