Like all the other reviews This is the worst place and very unprofessional Got a message to come in for a job I seen on indeed. I set it up and was told it would take about 30 minutes to do some paperwork and that I have the job. I said great. Ty. I ll be there tomorrow during my break from my first job. Got a message this morning reminding of the documents I need and I said I would be there. Np. I called less than 10 minutes later wanting too know where and what the name of the place is I would be working at so I could figure out my drive time. Some guy answered and when I asked he informed me that they don't give out that information. I explained that I already got the job from yesterday from what Lisa said and asked too talk too her. He put me on hold while sounding mad that I asked for her. Don't know why!?!? Then gets back on and tells me that I don't have the job and I can't talk too no one but him apparently. So Wierd!! Sounds like he got Butt hurt that I wanted too talk too the person who's been texting me instead of him. Lol. Very Unprofessional and Very Rude. Maybe his mom didn't hug him enough in life. Who knows. So. Maybe I ll swing by there and ask him in person today if I Give him a hug that I can still have the job. God Bless these People!! I couldn't post this without giving them 1 star. That's Sad as well because they don't deserve that. Have a Great Day Everyone!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Weirdest fucking temp agency I've ever dealt with. They want you at their office 30min to an hour before you're supposed to start working, unpaid btw, and then THEY DRIVE YOU to the job location. Yeah well today they had my boyfriend come in, 5:30am, only for them to tell him to kick rocks and go home because there's no work. Are you fucking kidding me? So he sat there for 2 hours, unpaid, for what? Even worse, he had to wake up at 5am for NO REASONAbsolutely unprofessional ass place. I would recommend Randstad, Aerotek, or Adecco if you're looking for a temp. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP.

If you're looking for a job I would not go to this place at all they're not responsive they'll tell you they're going to call you back in the afternoon but they don't they don't ever check with you you have to check with them. This place sent me to a warehouse to do production work no big deal of course but my back started to hurt at the end of the shift and I went to elite staffing the next morning spoke to the owner and he made me sign a waiver. They told me Monday morning they were going to call me back that afternoon and they gave me their word they would here it is Wednesday afternoon I haven't heard one thing out of these people I do not recommend this place to anyone if you're looking for work

If you call to change shifts they will put you down as a quit even when you are not trying to quit and that ensures you never work there again! The employer was happy and there was no complaints until I called for a change of shift to help with a family issue. (The Wichita, Kansas office)

I had worked for them for three days and was called and told that they didn't need me and would call if anything opened up. I then called them the next day and asked for shifts and an Anna gave me a shift from 6:30-3. I accepted and then the day of the shift came. Now mind you I did miss their calls and slept 20 min over my alarm- I live in Newton so it's a 28ish min drive- but I called as soon as I woke up and explained I overslept a little but i was getting ready and I'd be there and that I lived in Newton. 15 or so minutes go by and I'm walking out the door and they had called so I told them I was on my way. I'd be there in about 25ish minute. Well I had gotten into my car and wow it doesn't start so mind you i IMMEDIATELY call her back and explained the situation. Her name was Marcia. She then put me on hold for 3 minutes and I continued to try and get my car to start. I was asked if I could pay for an Uber which I couldn't because I haven't even gotten my first paycheck and then was asked if I had a way up there. this was my only running vehicle and I've never had this problem. she told me that because I didn't have an alternative car I was unreliable and it was "going to be a problem for them". they discard human error. there is no room for mistakes and you're supposed to be a "staffing solution" shame on you. the owner claims to be a man of god but gives no grace and no compassion. taking from people who are in vulnerable positions-not to mention they take 35% of your checks so you end up making 12 an hour. I had expected better from them and was very disappointed. some of the people who were working in my crew also said that the were just downright bad and were lookin for other work. Do not recommend.

In awe of words for this company. Very rude and judgemental not very welcoming, I didn't think it would be a problem to call and communicate that I can't work second meaning I really need first shift.i share transportation with my partner but I guess that's calling off on your first day! lol I did my best to communicate if I had any issues with my schedule time I'd call back. Elite staffing shows no sympathy on real life situations. Damn near feels like a parole office more than an agency.

Unfortunately, I have to give at least ONE star. This place doesn't deserve ANY. Total waste of time. I'm qualified for every position they have available, yet they decided not to move forward with my application. WHAT?! Why, I'll never know. I thought they're supposed to help people out. But, they tell me nothing. I've done nothing wrong. Yeah, Chris, keep conducting your business like this, see where it gets you.

0 stars all the way. These people at Elite treat people who are looking for jobs like the are trash. My husband is white and i am black and they immediately judge. They talk to us like we meant nothing. Giving us lectures about looking for jobs. The whole reason why we was there. Then tell us we can help you! ​

Elite staffing has been great but not so great. I've have always been loyal to work even driving distance to get up at 3am to have a hour to get ready to leave at 4:30 to be in wichita at 5:30 at Elite office before I have to be anywhere to work. This is the first and only temp service that does this. I'm sure they have jobs to fill but good jobs with great pay. I had a bad report from a job and now Elite won't help me with work. I can't even defend my self. Every job they have sent me to loved my everything , a company named Rand. Do not go to Rand. They have a large turn over of temp employees. And I get a bad unbelievable report. Anyways all my good work went to crap. I'm just tired of the bad wraps. I've done nothing wrong.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Even after working through this agency for a month, after being given a new assignment for a job much closer, I was again asked to come in daily to check in at their office a full hour ahead of when I would be able to start working each day despite being able to clock in independent of their timeslips at the new facility. Wasting my time, gas money, and patience just for a ritual humiliation exercise, they truly do not care about anyone's lives or wellbeing outside their own. Disgusting evangelical vibes with their blaring of christian music and business cards for various religious services on the front counter- I can't tell you how immediately creepy and off-putting it was to deal with them, especially as a trans woman. Despite not being allowed to legally discriminate against me, they certainly made no genuine attempts to accommodate my identity and I was repeatedly dead-named while contacted on the phone even though I had informed them I preferred to be called something else other than the legal name I still needed to be paid through. Speaking of being contacted- this is one of, if not the absolute least professional organizations I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with in their inability to communicate both with employees and between themselves. I was supposed to start a different and higher paying job even further back before I officially started working through here, but due to "management changes" no one got back to me with the information I would need to start the job. Beyond frustrating to be told I'm starting work somewhere, but then they withhold the information about where it is and who to report to until the day of so there is no way to prepare and try to plan out drive times for the new job or anything-- only their daily check in and hoop-jumping-through.Speaking of withholding-- during the first week of my employment even when I would go to the same place everyday, they made me come in an hour early when I could be saving time and gas to go directly to the job site by only giving me timeslips valid for one day at a time. While I can almost understand this approach to make sure you aren't burned by new temporary hires representing you, the instant I was on the fence about being able to work a weekend shift I was offered the "opportunity" to be given a timeslip valid for a week (which they always could have been, they just had 6 days marked through) which seemed insanely predatory. I truly do not understand the logic (business or otherwise) behind these types of decisions they have piled into a hill they seem quite content about dying on.They treat their temps as disposable and they have a reprehensible method of trying to maintain current hires that benefits no one but themselves and their ego. Elite? Not at all. Elitist? Most definitely. If you have the option to be hired through a different temp agency you should take it. These people are employment predators and the owner Chris has absolutely nothing behind his eyes if you are ever cursed with talking to him..03333
