Always a friendly smile here at Elite. I have been coming here for several years throughout my trips to "The Witchy City". All of these elites know me as soon as I walk into the door and they greet me with an exceptional dry cleaning service. I could not ask for a better dry cleaning. Just like mammy used to do. My clothes always come out looking as fresh as the shelves of Old Navy.I will truly recommend Elites Cleaning Service.

They ruined my white mattlasse bedspread. Shrunk it 1 foot in length and 1 ft in width. Can't use as a bedspread. I wouldn't have had this much damage if I'd just put it in the washing machine. And you can't find decent bedspreads anymore. I am heart broken and furious.

I had been a loyal customer at this dry cleaners for over 30 years! My dry cleanings were always impeccable and never had not one complaint or questions with regard to service provided! I knew and greeted all of the employees by first names not to mentioned I always valued the outcome of all my clothing under the leadership of the original owner! I have found a much better dry cleaners located near 21st & Rock Road close to the Dillons! Strongly recommend taking your clothes to this Dry Cleaners!

Elite Dry Cleaners located at 13th & Woodlawn has been my "go to" dry cleaners for over 30 years! Had never been disappointed with finish product or employees until August of this year! Since the first day doing business at Elite located on 13th, I always requested heavy starch on my jeans, blouses, etc. without question or incident by the employees and or owner! All of aforementioned changed the later part of July! At which I went in to drop off a normal load and casually mentioned my previous clothing (blouses, jeans etc) were not finished with heavy starch and she literally became very verbally defensive l!Speaking in broken English, she began to inform me in a loud voice/tone that it was impossible to have heavy starch on any of my clothing because of the "machines!" I tried informing her how long I had been utilizing that particular dry cleansers to include, it use to be noted in the system with regard to certain items requiring "heavy starch!" Which she ultimately read to me "heavy starch" was noted in the system! After coming to the realization it was a "no win" or getting through to her, I preceded gathering my clothing to leave at which she stated "we will heavy starch your things it's in the systems! When I returned to pick up my clothing , I was not 100% satisfied however I informed the nice younger lady that I will not be returning to Elite and will be in the market looking for a new dry cleaners! Honestly don't believe this new "Elite Dry Cleaners!" Value their customers as did the former owner! With that, it will be value added after 30 years for me to cease doing business with Elite dry cleaners on 13th and Woodlawn! Anyone aware of a great cleaners close to 13th & Rock Road?? Elite cleaners has taken care of my dry cleaning needs for the last 15 years. I have never had a negative experience here and everytime I walk in I am greeted with a smile.
