El Dorado True Care Pharmacy

Hello True Care!I would like to say thank you for kindness and understanding your name truly stands up to it's title. I have unfortunately incurred a horrible injury and I use to procure my medication from our local Walmart but have been experiencing odd interactions with the Pharmacist "Quentin" and this is not the first time as my Wife has had spinal surgery recently and we both experienced what I equate to as opioid shaming and have been written the riot Act and hit with 21 questions . My Wife and I are far from drug users of any kind as we hold strong Christians values and are productive members of society. The straw that broke the camel's back was when the Walmart Pharmacist "Quentin" took it upon him self to reject my lawful prescription due to my Doctors recommended dosage. Now I'm not sure when or why Pharmacist now know better than my physician but it absolutely out of bounds and uncalled for. True Care will be receiving all of my families pharmaceutical needs business from now on. Thanks True Care keep up the good work!!!

Truecare stole $150. After multiple verifications from their staff that my money would be refunded to my card. A process that came to fruition after 2 months of me bringing up this debt and them telling me I'd proactively receive a refund. They also were huge fans of filling my prescriptions with offbrand medication and then having no answers when I brought up these offbrand medications they were having me purchase. This is also technically my second review about this issue since the first one has been removed. A review that one of their pharmacists had the audacity to respond to by only shirking responsibility and not actually answering or justifying any of their actions. Don't go to this location unless you like having lies thrown at you instead of honest answers about real issues.

Absolutely LOVE having a local pharmacy that pays attention to detail, is always friendly, and willing to find solutions and work with you!

They have no knowledge of laws concerning medicine. They broke several rules with my scripts & attempted to blame my Dr, who had to get involved. I'll never go back, and will strongly discourage others not to give them their business.

Quick easy and full of kind helpful people.Would definitely recommend true care to everyone
