Nice local owned restaurant. Cute homestyle decor with what looks like a large breakfastLarge breakfast. The Belgian Waffle was fluffy topped with whipped cream is a perfect balance of deliciousnessBiscuits and Gravy were the bomb. Broken pieces of patty sausage with a buttery gravy slather a top a pair of fluffy biscuits that were very good. French Toast Combo was a hit as well. Thick cut toast grilled with a slight crunch. Bacon and Sausage links made the great bridge between sweet and salty!Hidden in the strip mall this place is a definite hit! Thanx to the entire staff at Egg Crate Cafe!

Ordered biscuits and gravy on DoorDash. Potion size looked promising but that was it. The biscuits were terrible. They had an old oil taste with some kind of fake butter. They were stale and really bad. The gravy had no flavor and while it was called "sausage gravy" I don't believe there was any actual sausage in the gravy. I did find a big chunk of gristle, however. Food seemed to be ready quickly. I can't comment on ambiance since this was a delivery order.

Be careful not to ask for salsa with anything, they charge you for it. The food wasn't bad but the attitude of the server is the customer should be glad that she served you. The decor of the restaurant was quaint and a little rustic. Not very many places to get good food around here, Over all not entirely bad.

My husband and I were able to get out on our first date since having our little 10 week old, and we came to eat brunch here. It was the perfect place for us to sit and talk about life, and then to top it all off, the food was just so spectacular. I had the Frittata and the waitress recommended it with a side of gravy. She was spot on for that one. And my husband loved his biscuits and gravy & the huge, delicious cinnamon. We are big fans of this place!

Pancake was cold I asked if I can get a warm pancake, brought back still cold and hard. Kids menu was misleading and cost a hell of a lot more than I thought. I had 3 grandchildren with me. Sausage link was good but the bacon was REALLY bad!! I would NOT recommend this place.
