I've been here twice and both times I had good experiences. The waitress was nice and the owner/cook (not sure) came out to check on me and ask how the food was. The inside is pretty nice , it has the industrial look. I like it. Both times were for lunch.

I did not enjoy the food at all. A hair was found in the cheese of the fries. The burgers tasted premade and over cooked.

Service is lacking-once food is on table, waitress does not return. Bartender untrained and drinks runners are unheard of. 20% gratuity added to parties of 6 or more without patrons being told of this and no checks/tickets are given to patrons with cost details. Several people double tipping due to the lack of knowledge that tip was added to check. Will not go back. We have eaten there twice and was not impressed. Food was ok at best. Overpriced.
