I have been going to Eddys since I moved here from Arizona in 2021, back when I had my 2011 Volvo XC60. I only needed regular maintenance, as these vehicles are superb! I'm a Volvo girl for life! In February 2023, I purchased my 2019 Volvo XC60 R-Design, which I fell in love with online and Eddys had it! The car buying experience was smooth from start to finish. I had a great car buying experience. The real MVPs are the wonderful staff in the Service Department! HUGE shout out to Tom, Steven, Brad, Kim, and Kenny! I have been a frequent flyer over the past couple months, all fault of my own, the car itself is perfect, I just have a problem with curbs and tires. lol When i needed a damaged rim replaced, they were able to find a rim they had from a full rim switch out and were able to give me a great deal on it! Shortly after, unrelated to that incident, there was a massive nail in another tire, and while the tire was on order, they let me borrow a full size tire! The tire came in a little over a week ago. Then last night, I swerved to not hit a raccoon, hit the curb, and blew my tire. *sigh* But, again, the guys in the service department went above and beyond! I toodled over there today with my spare, and they let me borrow the same tire again, and now the tire is on back order, but thanks to them, I don't have to toodle around on a spare! The service department staff is always so kind and honest. They are fair, and go above and beyond to help out and make any issues I incur on my beautiful car, as painless as possible. We make jokes that they better not see me until my oil change in February... and there I waltzed in today, and we had a good laugh. I will continue going to Eddys Volvo for ALL my car needs, as I've found a place I can trust, and as a woman, that is often hard to find! I highly recommend!! I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Integrity. We have been buying Volvos for thirty five years. During that time, we have been privileged to have been served by truly professional people. Most recently, it was discovered by technicians of the service department that there were scratches on the cylinder walls. We had an extended warranty and Volvo took care of all of the costly repairs. Eddy's Volvo discovered the damage and could have been dishonest about it, but they did the right thing. Had they not done what was right, we may well have found ourselves stranded with a faulty engine in the wide open spaces of the Northwest high deserts. We will most likely go to Eddy's for our next car purchase. You should consider it, too!

I am SO thankful for this dealership! I would advise anyone who needs a good service department to visit the Manager, Todd, and the two Steven's at Eddy's Volvo!!! My Volvo was broken into at a local Wichita hotel- passenger window bashed in. I was in Wichita for business so had several appointments to get to. Nobody in town could provide the window replacement that day (my particular glass wasn't available) so I was going to have to drive back to Kansas City that evening in freezing temps without a window! I desperately reached out to Eddy's Volvo. I was giving them no business but asked if they could help me tape up my window, to which they agreed. When I got there they not only helped with that but they also allowed me to take a loaner car for the appts in Wichita that day to be safer. It was impossible to see through the plastic! I managed on the turnpike but getting around town I needed to look out that window a lot. I just can't say enough about how accommodating and thoughtful the men at the Service Desk were! I made it home around 9 PM with plastic still intact and was able to get it into Premier Volvo in Overland Park today for the new window. The whole situation was unfortunate, but their kindness really helped me out a lot!!

Let me start by saying I am a hard ass when it comes to getting a proper deal on a car when working with a dealership, not only did they have a fantastic price on a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I know this because I had been looking for over a month, but they brought the price down a little more for me the first time I asked without haggling over it now mind you I wasnt trying to be an ass since the price was already great. Brian was awesome to work with they were fast well put together and have earned my business from here on out. Thanks Guys lovin the Jeep.

There are unfortunately only two Volvo dealerships in the state of Kansas. One in Overland Park and one in Wichita. After purchasing our most recent one in OP, we had our eye on a second one and unfortunately it sold right before we got to the dealership. Sigh. Found exactly what we wanted in Wichita at Eddy's. Emailed at 5 pm and got a response within minutes. Made the three hour drive the next morning and they had the car ready to go, parked up front, waiting for me. Dealing with the staff at Eddy's was a real pleasure, and that's not usually the norm at a dealership! Dave, the GM was personable, helpful and easy to deal with. Carey, my sales person, was also fantastic to deal with, very knowledgeable about the car, and generally just a very interesting person to speak to and spend a few hours with. The owner also came out to greet me and I discovered the personable lady I had spoken with when I first got there was his mother! A true family run business. If you're in the market for a luxury vehicle, whether new or used, Eddy's Volvo is a great choice! In the end, I got a great deal, the price I wanted for our trade with no squabbles and a very satisfied outcome. Thank you Eddy's for such a positive experience for this KC buyer!

I have had a terrible experience at this dealership they are absolutely no help and are the definition of the type of dealership you don't ever want to go to; very high pressure to buy a car once you do they further pressure you into a warranty THAT COVERS NOTHING. I have had nothing but issues with the vehicle I bought from there and they continue to make my experience as hard as it can be. My windows were broken and they argue with me instead of fixing them I've taken it in twice and they belittle me and tell me they have to charge me to even see what's wrong with my less than year old car that I bought a extended warranty on. Shitty people. Shitty service and crooked people all around.

I live in the Kansas City area. After Premier Volvo in Overland Park has failed me in every way, I switched to the next closest Volvo dealer to service my XC 90-which is Eddy's in Wichita. Every person I've come in contact with in the service department has been extremely accommodating. My air conditioning had not been working properly in my three-year-old vehicle. It has been very frustrating driving a brand new vehicle for the last three summers when it is 100+ degrees outside with the air conditioner is not working properly. Eddy's diagnosed the problem and I am good to go!

Recently found a 2013 BMW 135i in the right configuration. Interestingly it was at a Volvo dealer 3 hours away. Worked with Carson to get extensive photos and history on the car before traveling to the dealership.The BMW was exactly as advertised and I was able to get a great deal and trade-in value. Finding a car online and having it on the lot exactly as advertised is the way it should be. Thanks to Carson and Dave, I drove home in a quality M package 135i. Quality dealership!

Everything seemed to be great on the phone. I took the rest of my day off from work to make the 300 mile r/t trip to meet Brian and Jamie at the dealership to finalize a trade in deal. Little did I know that nothing had been done, whispering commenced as soon as I got there almost as if they were surprised. Then the back peddling began. They found a dent in my car, deal was off. Not to mention theirs had about 50 hail dents. Be careful dealing with this establishment if traveling. In my opinion it felt to me as if they just wanted to get me there and then wanted to change the deal. Not fair, no regard for my time, I drive 6 hours and was there for 20 minutes 10 of which was test driving their car. Not happy with my experience with them. I will say this. If the deal had gone as planned and as promised initially it would have been one of the easiest transactions of my life. They didn't want to play fair. Stay away.
