In short, it took Eddy's Service department 5 weeks to repair my car. Auto was hit in the rear passenger's wheel well. It needed a new wheel, tire, and sensor. Some bodywork and paint was to be completed by Eddy's Body Shop. The body shop had it towed to the service department, about 2 miles away. I get a call from the service department asking me why it was there. There was also some delay in getting the parts ordered. The service department thought the body shop was ordering the parts and vice versa. Communication between the two department was practically non-existent. Neither department returns phone calls, especially the service department. On a 4-wheel vehicle if there is a 2/32 or greater difference in tread depth between tires on the front or back, one or both should be replaced. New tire depth on the new tire was 12.5/32", the old tire 6/32"; requiring a two, not one tire. I communicated the information to the service manager and the body shop agent. Of course, it wasn't done and I'm out of pocket $250 for a matching tire for the replacement tire. It took 2 months to get the car back on the road and we had to rent a car for over a month. Thankfully, it was the other person's fault and we didn't have to pay. I called Eddy's Service Manager on Monday and he was going to return my call and sent an email the next day as well. No surprise, it's Friday and still no response.

The service department is absolutely horrid. The manager treats women like they are stupid and is very belittling. My car needs warranty work done and he refuses diagnose it. He's held my car hostage for 4 days now and still has no answers as to why my gas gauges are incorrect and doesn't return my calls. Calling corporate to find out who else can diagnose my car as it's still under warranty.

Once again I bought a vehicle from Eddy's Toyota, due to the great price and fantastic service. My salesman Justice was extremely patient, knowledgeable and provided a great service, even after my purchase. I highly recommend Eddy's for a new or used vehicle, this is the sixth vehicle I have purchased from Eddy's. I suggest my salesman Justice (his picture is attached to this review), he truly cares. His assistance throughout the sales process was amazing, but most importantly was his follow-up a week after the sale. I had one concern post my vehicle purchase, he took the time to remedy my concern. I highly recommend going to Justice for your next vehicle.

I would never ever buy from this piece of crap dealer. a friend of mine went in there to check on price of vehicles and was shown disrespect by staff by: too high pressure salespeople, they wanted to run credit even though they were told not to, had to endure four car sellers to try to get pricing, was called a motherfucker by a manager and spit at by person, refused to give pricing on paper by any salesperson .eddy's Toyoda doesn't stick to one salesperson throughout sales of vehicles.I'm telling all my family and friends both locally not to buy from Eddy's Toyota. In other states telling family to not bring their Toyotas here to Wichita cause if car broke down they'll be screwed at EDDY'S TOYOTA Wichita or just get rid of their Toyotas altogether and go with Chevy (there's another Chevy dealer in Wichita in case of car problems) or Kia.

Their parts department charged me 500% more for an oil filter housing for a lesser quality part than what the official Toyota website charges. Some aftermarket housings are metal. I got a plastic one from Eddy's. Only went to Eddy's because I knew they had it in stock. Turns out Autozone had one in stock as well for $33. I paid $185 at Eddy's. Ridiculously overpriced lesser quality product.

I bought two cars from them when i left the lot I was told my monthly loan payment price was a certain amount.. When I received my monthly payment statements the amount was $250.00 more than I was told is was going to be after signing papers and leaving the dealer with my new vehicle. When my daughter went there for her first oil change she called me for help because 6 salesmen were in a circle around her telling her she needs to buy a new car in the dealer lot.. I arrived to the shop they showed me the car they wanted my daughter to trade in for .Her car had about 5,000 miles on it and less than 6 months old.. They were trying to sell, her a car that had over 65,000 miles on it for about $350.00 per month more than her present car payment.. I said I was not interested in the car.. i got my daughter into the service area.. Then i was called every day for a few weeks about the other car.. I kept telling them I did not want to trade the new car for a older car. .stop calling me.i did buy the extended warranty at year two I was told the car was out of warranty and I would have to pay for oil changes. I replaced the oil for the next three years. Then I had a service issue they had to work on ,I was told i had extended warranty and I had one free oil change left..I replied why can not any two people there give me the same answer.I have a recall on my car and for 3 years they keep telling me they do not know of any recall from Toyota.Tonight I looked at car fax about my daughters car, the report still shows a over due recall notice due on the car.

Completely unprofessional, operating on a lack of transparency from the highest order. When we weren't ultimately satisfied with the deal they were willing to offer us on a subpar vehicle, the manager verbally attacked us and was horribly rude to my partner and myself. We said we wanted to keep looking around and he essentially got in our faces and told us we were wasting our time. Found a much better truck for less at the Honda dealership right next door without having to play the nasty dealership games.EDIT: After reading several other reviews, I can confirm that one of the managers absolutely does belittle women and that most of the salesmen acted like I didn't exist. Top it all off with the fact that they acted like they could offer us one deal and then pulled out, this dealership was an absolute waste of time and energy.DOUBLE EDIT: Per the response from the manager - why would I go out of MY way to contact YOU about your employees lack of respect for clients? Seems pretty backwards to me. We won't be having business there so there is absolutely no need for ME to go out of my way for you guys when y'all clearly could not do the bare minimum regarding kindness when we were at your facility. Get it right the first time.

I was in need of a car and bought a 2020 Camry from them, however, I didn't pay attention to the front and back bumper and I did not know that they were not attached all the way... then a few months later i took it to a car wash and during the wash the rear bumper came off and caused some denting and paint damage. I would recommend checking all bumpers and trim thoroughly before buying from here because the inspection department is a joke and the company will not make it right. (Even though they may respond to my reviews in a "sympathetic" sounding way, they gave me the 'run around' about why they wouldn't fix it.... I never wrecked the car or messed with the bumper. This is infuriating. Never buying a car here again)as for my saleswoman, Cathy.... she was rude and impatient as well as rushy about the whole process. She is not the salesperson you will want to go with

Brought in a 2007 FJ (266k miles) that experienced a failure of the drivers seat belt retraction mechanism, likely in accordance to an issue with the reinforcement suicide door that supports the assembly.Safety recalls have no expiration date, for obvious reasons. They are also almost always covered at no charge to the customer. This is a live safety recall issue that was released by Toyota in 2013. The remedy, according to Toyota, NHTSA, and documentation provided on the dealers own website is to install reinforcement plates at NO CHARGE to the customer. According to Toyota and the NHTSA, lack of reinforcement in the suicide door can also cause the retractor to fail. Thus, Toyota also states that the retractor must be replaced if it has failed, determined by an inspection. When I brought my vehicle in, I clearly explained the issue to the assistant service manager, who then claimed they need to do a diagnostic on it as well. Upon pulling up the VIN number and after I mentioned that it was almost certainly a recall issue that would be covered by the dealership, he claimed that has expired, even though I could see the recall notice on his tablet.About 4 hours later the same service manager calls me and states that the retractor has failed (obviously) and needs replacement. He then states it will be ~$120 for the diagnostic and ~$400 for the retractor and labor. I tell him to wait. Later that day, I go in. They try to bill me for the (unneeded) diagnostic, and highlight that they installed the recall designated reinforcement plates. They then claim that, after inspecting the retractor, it suffered an internal failure, and thus isn't covered under the recall, AND they don't have to pay. Funny how that works. For one, the retractor assembly was never removed or take apart, thus they have no way of knowing the origin of failure. For two, of course it's not covered under the recall after you "inspected it", because you don't want to pay. They then still tried to get me to pay for the diagnostic before finally relenting and claiming "thats a big safety issue with the seatbelt retractor, we'll call you soon to figure out getting that fixed." I have still not recieved a call, though I'm just doing the repair myself anyway.Horrible experience, but to be expected.NHTSA/TOYOTA RECALL INFORMATION: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/rcl/2013/RCMN-13V098-5588.pdf
