I wasn't party to the transactions that sparked poor reviews, but my experience was very different. I was having overheating issues after colliding with some antelope in Colorado, having to stop continually to add water. When I got to Wichita, I called this dealership to see if they could expedite service as I was traveling. The woman I dealt with on the phone told me to bring it by and they would have a look even though it was late in the day. When I arrived, she was waiting and got it examined promptly. The source of the problem was determined, parts were ordered, and I returned at 7 AM for service. They got on it immediately and in a couple of hours, I was back on the road. Everything was handled courteously and in a professional manner. I recommend service here.

I've always taken my 2017 Wrangler, where I also purchased it brand new, here for service. I've had at least 4 times where I have asked to have all 5 tires rotated and they only rotate 4 if they do that. I called them out on rotating only 4 last time instead of the 5 that was on the ticket, AGAIN, and they charged me for the tire rotation and said it cost the same amount to rotate 5 tires or 4. He did not offer to fix the problem or even discount it. I hate to take it to a non Jeep dealership but I am done at Eddy's.

I wish I could give a negative star I would. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. Go down the street to Eddy's Chevrolet (great people). Elliot Ramirez was the salesman, had a few other people in there that will truly act like your friend when you're handing them cash obviously. My daughter had a terrible accident with a deer and totaled out her vehicle, we found a car at Eddy's Chrysler that was in her budget that Elliot had posted.We went to see the car small test drive and a visit. Tires were shot so we negotiated a bit. Left the lot got right at 60 miles from the shop and the car died, I pushed off the side of the road left until the next day, I brought a trailer to get home. Scanned codes looks to be catalytic converter, possible O2 sensor. Texted salesmen BTW you'll be ghosted until you start ranting. I simply asked for the shop to scan to confirm and I would pay 50 and they pay 50. 60 miles out a 9k car is not justifiable. If this was a week later or 500 miles later they would have never known, but 1 hour from the shop less than 60 miles. Ridiculous. Am I to blame? Sure I will own it. I bought a used car by nature comes with its risks and I understand them.Was called this morning and I was told that I would receive nothing from the lot. Thanks Eddy's Chrysler for making me daughters accident even worse by refusing to stand up and be a decent place.It's easy to wipe your hands and count your money, its also easy to stand up and do the right thing it's the moral character or the moral standards that hold people together.

If it were possible to rate this establishment with zero stars, I certainly would. In summary, the level of customer care is abysmal. While it is unfortunately uncommon to encounter a dealership that genuinely prioritizes its customers, this particular location exemplifies the type of business to avoid. Their primary objective seems to be upselling customers into the most expensive vehicles available, with little regard for individual needs or preferences. The salesperson (I won't mention name) and the General Manager both exhibited unprofessional and unhelpful behavior, contributing to an overall disappointing and frustrating experience. I strongly advise against engaging with this dealership. Also, to add to the failure, they brought up a purple dodge charger and were begging me to buy it from them in the end.

took 2 hours to do an oil change when I was the only one there, watched the tech drive my car with the handbrake pulled, and I can tell they didn't actually inspect the car or top off fluids like it said on the paper, because they said my windshield is free of cracks (it's not) and that my wipers are good (they aren't)

Bought my car from here had great service great people.... Now the service department is where they go completely wrong. There has been many times they have taken a long amount of time. I had my car in for regular service and it's been not going well every time. They always say "somethings wrong" then I have another person look at it and what they said is wrong, is not the case. Had my car in to be repaired. It was there for 3 days no one had touched it and I had to call to figure out what was going on. I also got screamed at on the phone by a "manager"and he proceeded to cuss at me and hang up. I picked up the car and they had done nothing to it and hadn't been touched. I then went back 4 weeks later and finally got it fixed without issues. I recently went in for an oil change cause it's free with my warranty and I dropped it off at 7 am, first person in line. They told me I could wait or leave and they would call when it is done. 9:00 rolls around and I haven't heard anything. When I called, the lady said they don't do cars first if the people aren't there waiting which was not expressed to us. We then show up around 9:30 and there were eight people there waiting. 10:30 rolls around and we are the only people waiting now. Finally, the guy comes out and tells me they were short techs which is understandable but an oil change does not take 3 1/2 hours. Just bad experience after buying a vehicle there and paying for warranties.

I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. They're all sweet and how do you do and they want your money but once they have it, they don't want nothing more to do with you. They don't fix the problems they said they would. They give you a line of crap that well you bought used car what do you expect? I expect you to honor what you said you would. They will ghost you when you call and text. We've only had our vehicle five months and have had to work to get any response at all out of them and don't get me started on them wanting to change your insurance. They will come back with a great rate, but in three months it doubles and then you find out other things were changed and you can't get your old insurance back. And they can't help you with that because the person who did it to you no longer works there. If you wanna pay for a vehicle and then get ripped off or any problems you might have this is the place to go. if you want some upstanding customer service find somewhere else to go.

If there was a negative rating, that would be generous. Todd the GM, is a complete scumbag. Talks out of both sides of his mouth. After selling a car that hasn't worked in year, been in the shop the whole time, they do not even try to make good and buy out the lease in order to get another car because of depreciation. A car that hasn't really been driven that they have had! These people do not care about the customer, being decent and honest business men or just decent human beings. This dealership should be shut down!
