UPDATE- I did contact the dealership and they did refund the 47.00. That is appreciated.I called the dealership to get my water pump fixed on my car and I already had a quote from a diagnostic done earlier and I asked specifically if $618.87 was the price included with tax and the person said yes that is exactly the price with tax and I said OK great and we found a coupon for $25 off the coolant service to bring the price under 600.I go to pay for this and even with the coupon I still end up paying 640 some dollars I confronted the service person about this and he said well that's not what I said and I said yes it is you told me that that was the price including tax don't use these people because they will lie to you on the prices.I I truly feel betrayed by a Chevy dealership because I have been dealing with Chevrolet for over 30 years now and I have never been treated this bad and this stupid I will just find someone else to help make sure that my car keeps running at top performance and I will never buy anything from these creeps again!!!!

Less than 30 days after purchase, the car battery died and needed to be replaced. The GM basically said I'm on my own because it's general maintenance so now I'm out $350 for a new battery. It makes me nervous that the vehicle wasn't inspected properly before being put up for sale and I don't have much good faith in this dealership anymore. At least Brent in sales was amazing to work with. I got a GMC Acadia. When it got delivered, it had a basic cleaning but still had old food in between the seats and grease along the visors. Brent got it back in to have it detailed and it looked great after that.If I could I would give Brent 5 stars for at least trying and the GM 0.

They will sell a car from underneath you! I was in contact with them all day, inquired about a truck before anyone got it. They ran my credit and said I was approved and that they'd deliver the truck to me. Then while waiting for a callback about the finalization of paper work, they called me to say they sold the truck after they already put a hit on my credit. I'm very disappointed, especially since I've been looking for this specific truck for a long time. I really got my hopes up just to not have the truck and a hit on my credit score. I would not buy from them, not very honest people.

We bought our car here in January. Hubby set up the first oil change and sent me over here today. I ate breakfast before I came, knowing it could be a long morning in a cramped waiting room with some nasty coffee machine and nothing to eat but a gumball machine full of stale candy. NOT HERE! They remodeled the place. I'm not saying they were nasty before, because I've never been here before today, but I've been to some crappy waiting rooms in my time. This is a pleasant surprise! This waiting room is so new the plastic is still on the TV sets. Yes, 2 of them! The drink and food fridge and the snack wall caught my eye immediately. I felt like I had stepped into s tiny convenience store! Won't be starving or thirsty here!Ok. Enough about the waiting room I'm sitting in.The man I approached at the desk was helpful and friendly. He drove my car in, got my paperwork in order, walked me into the waiting room and told me it would be about an hour. 40 minutes later, I had oil change, tire rotation and a wash! I love this place!

I'm not the person to write bad reviews or be disrespectful in any way but hands down this has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had.I drive down from 13 hours away with an enclosed trailer bringing by Audi r8 down to trade it in for a corvette C8.Originally I was going to wait for them to schedule an inspection but, I got a bit of a push from the salesman saying it might sell due to the color combination etc etc.First red sign. Car just came in and it is still not detailed. Has previous owners information on it.Second we go on a drive and take it to their local mechanic to have them check it out. They check it out and act like it all great. The sales manager that drives it back to the lot.A decent human would at that point say hey we are not interested or hey it's not for us and leave me be. But it was clear he wanted to drive it and experience it a bit. Before I came down we had agreed on 160k. As soon as we are back they sit us down, make us wait for 10-15 min and walk up to the table. The offer they give me is 100k. An absolute insult. The repairs they claim is needed does not equate to that. Just pulled a number from thin air to try and take advantage. An even bigger insult when the salesman assigned to me comes out with a disingenuous apology asking if I wanted a regular C8 that way I can get some money back.Absolutely insanity. They did not do their due diligence before I drove down and said yeah we didn't know that was the previous owners.Very clearly 2 days before I had sent the title which states the previous owner on there.Over 30 hours wasted along with 1000$ of diesal.Make sure you have all your boxes ticked before coming down. End of the day, it was my mistake listening to these goofballs.

When I was buying my vehicle, the original staff member was interrupted by a manger who thought the staff member was incapable of selling a car on his own and that my mother and I didn't know what we wanted. The manager even forced the staff member to bring me a car that I didn't even asked for. When I finally got the car I asked for, I asked about the battery and how soon it would need to be replaced because dealerships never sell a car that doesn't have something wrong with it, in the hopes we come back for services. He told me the battery was brand new, yet I needed a new $400 battery 2 weeks later. Since then, I have only gone to get services one other time, and it's unnecessarily expensive. Even though I have been on top of my maintenance elsewhere, they call me ALL OF THE TIME. It's borderline harassment and if I would've known they did business like this, I would've gone somewhere else.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! PLEASE VISIT ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP BUT EDDY'S!I purchased my 2016 Chevrolet Spark through Eddy's in July for $14,561 and I wanted to sell it back to the dealership now. Initially, as I was purchasing the vehicle, I clarified the process of selling it back to the dealership, and they said it would be based on the miles driven. I barely added on 2k miles on the car from when I initially purchased it. I came into the dealership on 03/02/2024 to get an offer for my vehicle and I was offered $8,000. This offer was already low given my sale price just 8 months ago with a loss of over $6,500, but I was still willing to work with the number. I was told that the offer was valid for one week, and I followed up to inquire if the time for the offer could be extended. I continued following up, but I received no response until the week after, in which I was told that I couldn't be helped since the offer expired. This seemed unreasonable considering I followed up multiple times and I got a response back once the offer time expired. Given the situation, I was working out a time with the dealership to come in and I was willing to get my vehicle appraised again as suggested so I went into the dealership with an appointment. Upon arrival, I was asked to stay seated and I would be helped shortly, however, I wasn't helped until after 30 minutes and even then they continued helping out another customer while I was asked to wait. Once it was finally time for me to be helped, I was told that my car was being appraised and I was left waiting for almost 2 hours. This wait seemed intentional and they seemed to be purposefully avoiding me since I'm sure they know I figured out their scam. Once I followed up with the front desk numerous times, they got me the numbers and came back to me with an offer of $3,500. This offer was unbelievable and unreasonable considering the appraisal came back with the same conditions as last time and did not have too many additional miles on it (approx +300 miles compared to when I first came in). Upon asking them a reason for why the drastic change in the offer, I was continuously told that "the offer was only valid for one week" and it had nothing to do with the car condition itself. I asked for an explanation and they said that they can not help me and were not willing to negotiate. The transaction did not seem genuine and was very unreasonable. In addition to this, a sales representative behaved very unprofessionally and hit on me and tried to give me his personal contact which was concerning. I put my trust into this dealership when purchasing this car and now I am left with an excessive loss in addition to feeling extremely uncomfortable during my visits. Out of all the dealerships, I went to Eddy's due to their guarantee for assurance and trust, but now I am questioning the integrity of the dealership's sales tactics and they don't care about you the minute the money hits their bank. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER, DO NOT RECOMMEND! I would give ZERO stars if I can but that's not an option on here.

I tried calling this here dealership and did not receive a callback. They had a virtual assistant that I was stuck on the line with for a few minutes, and it couldn't hear a thing I said; I think I left a voicemail after the beep, but still no return to my call. I finally figured out how to get in my voicemail to find this. Not the treatment I expected when purchasing a 100,000.00USD or above vehicle, I'll tell you what!

Zero stars isn't an option. Chris, the service manager, is awful and ignores you. Their extended warranty is a scam. The most mismanaged service department I have ever experienced.Sales team was great, but that's what you'd expect. When I bought my car they said they would do a full inspection, and fill up the tank up with gas. They gave me the car on E... not very confident they even inspected it either.TLDR: Service department is holding my car hostage, they aren't even working on it, and the warranty company is unresponsive. They also invent issues to charge you more, they have tried this scam twice.Summary of my experience so far:1) Brought my car in for routine maintenance, plus to fix the passenger chair controls (controls fell inside the chair). They didn't even look at the chair issue.2) Bring my car back the next day so they can look at the chair issue. This visit took twice as long, even though it was for one specific issue. For some reason, they did their routine inspection video again, and miraculously discover that my air filter needs changed... why wasn't this addressed during my previous appointment, literally a day before? Either a dishonest attempt to get more money, or their techs aren't good at their job and didn't notice/check the first time. The service manager Chris completely ignored my questions as to why they were even doing a full inspection again, and why they didn't mention my air filter the day before. To make things worse, the chair control isn't covered, even though I purchased the bumper to bumper warranty. They wanted to charge $300+ just for the part. I looked at it myself, and was able to pop it back in place... Embarrassed for the service team, and angry they would try and charge so much money when it didn't even need to be replaced.3) One year later now and my transmission is having issues. Bring my car in Tuesday, it is now Saturday and they haven't even began working on my car. Chris keeps telling me he will call me with an update, never does, and I have to call every day. His excuse? Waiting on the warranty company... either the warranty company is ghosting him, or he isn't trying that hard to reach them.Meanwhile, I'm left with no car, and they conveniently don't have any loaner cars.
