After calling Ashley, customer relations manager, and told her the full detail of the situation. She offered to waive the 5k cost to replace the engine. Told her it was a little late since we got rid of the car because of the situation and asked her if it was possible to get a reimbursement of the work that was already done, the 3k+. She said she would contact the dealership and the maintenance manager and get back to us and it's been about a week and still no call back.... I said to her best form of advertisement is word of mouth and as of right now, they aren't doing themselves any favors. We have one VW vehicle left that my wife drives and it's hard to fathom getting another VW unless they would like to compensate for what was previously paid for and earn our trust and loyalty in the brand again.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!I was charged an outrageous $140 for an oil change that took 2 hours and 15 minutes. They then washed my car without my permission and caused over 50 little paint chips on my passenger side. I will never be going back to this dealership and suggest that no one else does. However, If you like to pay high prices for unbelievably low quality, then this is the place for you.

I wish I could give a negative star review THE COMPANY IS A SCAM THEY ARE CROOKS!!! we took my partners Volkswagen in there to get an oil leak fixed and see what was up! they call us to say there was a issue with something that doesn't EVEN EXIST on the MAKE AND MODLE OF OUR VEHICLE AND THE TOTAL FEE WAS GOING TO BE 2800 $ !!!! and that our car would be ready by the end of the day!!!!! yet another red flag!!! Dont you have to order the part? If it's that expensive!?! so we say no thank you and go pick up our car and paid 100$ to have to just looked at! whatever! so we take the invoice with all the parts and costs they gave us to another place in town and they confirmed that what they were charging us for something that wasn't even a part of our car!!! just making up stuff to ROB HARD WORKING PEOPLE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere!! Traded my car in for an incoming unit, they made the process convenient for me! I did it all from home, went in and signed up. They continuously gave me updates and called me as soon as the car came in. It was just as promised and they even threw in a free year of gas for the long wait! Will do business again :)
