Brilliant classic western steakhouse, of the traditional supper club type that are disappearing everywhere. You start with the relish bowl and fresh rolls--always loved the relish tray of carrots, radishes, celery and broccoli. Just the way to start.Get the onion rings as an appetizer. Crunchy and tasty. Knock down a couple of Old fashions from the bar, good pours at ridiculously reasonable prices.Salads generous and as fresh you can expect at a little panhandle town. Leave plenty of room for the steaks. Perfectly prepared and huge. One of the best KC strips I have ever had, outside of KC. Outstanding value. Good choices of sides--baked potato was spot on for a classic dinner at a real classy place. Obviously a town institution and for good reason--great service, comfy 1960s interior and great food. Go. Eddie's was recommended by our Airbnb host. Guymon is a rural drive by town. Construction makes it a challenge to access most businesses but glad we made a stop at Eddie's. This is a traditional supper club! The exterior has a very cool retro facade. Interior is dark- true speakeasy style. Kim and the crew are so nice and welcoming. Enjoyed the veggie crudités bowl and the perfect dirty martini I had a filet, loaded baked potato and sautéed mushrooms. Delicious! A fun way to spend an evening and step back in time. Lots of great stories associated with the origins and owners- just ask Kim.

Staff was amazing. We got the Halibut, it was ok- kinda dry & chewy. Friend got the Filet Mignon and it was great. It took an hour to get our food but was worth it. (Be prepared when you walk in it smells heavily of cigarette smoke)

They have steak for protein. Nothing great. Aju sauce was weird. 2 star restaurant. Go to varrilta restaurant instead for better steak.

The food was excellent. I got the filet. It was so tender and tasty!! I added 6 fried shrimp to my steak order and those hand down were the best shrimp I have ever had and I'm from the coast where the seafood is phenomenal!!! The service was great. It was comfortable and the lighting seems to be an issue for some peoples reviews but it was appropriate. The fried mushrooms were the size of a baseball and excellent!!!! The baked potato was really good. They were not stingy with the "loaded" parts of the baked potato. Tea was great. I am very hard to impress on good food as my husband loves to cook and cooks extremely well. But this restaurant is hands down worth the visit. Three of us ate, had appetizer and all had steaks. The bill was only $127. All around I give them a 5 Star rating!!!

Really good service. I've been traveling all day and I look like crud and no matter crazy I look they didn't treat me any different. They are very kind and the FOOD is soooo delicious . The steak is sooo tender. The salmon has rosemary on it and very unique in flavor from what I'm used too. The atmosphere is very calming and I love that it's dark and gives a romantic feel to it. I took pictures of my food already half eaten but thought I should post it any ways.

Eat. Here.Look at these mozzarella sticks. You're not biting in these just to find it's only half full of cheese like other restaurant, these suckers are PACKED. The star of the show was definitely the flaming deep fried ice cream, which tastes even better then it looks. The steak and lobster was fantastic, and the best steak my assistant has had in a long time, and we're from Amarillo! This is where you're stopping, I've decided, just eat here

Was in town for a night and saw the ratings and gave Eddie's a try. There was a party of about 30 for a 50th Anniversary but the service was still great. The servers were hustling and the food was pretty good. I had prime rib my wife had a filet. Cooked perfectly medium. And the water glasses stayed full and the Pinot was good. It's a dated venue but that makes it kinda cool. Would eat there again for sure.
