Eaglerock Village Apartments

I lived at this complex for over 3 years. It is so run down and the maintenance was awful! I had a broken microwave for the whole time, the appliance worked but the door always fell off. When I put in a request at the beginning they came and hot glued the door back. Every summer my AC wouldn't turn on and I'd have to put a work order in, maintenance would come and jump start it. It'd work for a month or so, then broken again. It was a never ending cycle of "quick fixes." So, I just stopped. At one point I had a portable AC unit for over a month because "we are busy and that's not an emergency." The utility bills are ridiculously high too, which is mostly because the complex is so run down. My apartment had a huge crack down the ceiling when I moved in. The hall floor was sinking and a large water spot on the hall ceiling too. I asked to get that fixed when I moved in, a maintenance person came and just spray painted the ceiling and left. However, the front office got a BRAND new update. Which is such a slap in the face as a tenant. When your home is falling apart. I moved out and requested a walk thru, the only office worker was too busy and just said "it'll be fine." Then I was charged with over $300 in bogus fees. When I called to dispute them, they said "oh it's wear and tear since you lived there so long. Sorry. Pay them or we can just dispute them in claims court." Don't waste your time here. There are plenty of newer complex's right down the road. Poor management and maintenance.

Sadly I didn't read the reviews. I moved in 3 weeks ago. There was quite a list of things needing repaired: toilet won't flush, zero weather striping on door, unsupported shelving, dirty door frames and sconces, rodent holes in outdoor storage and many others. I have been assured a at least 4 occasions that I was at the top of the list for the following day. I have left voice messages and emailed with no response. You might ask "did you not see the place before you moved in?". The only option was a virtual door which included a kitchen window and fireplace. Not in my unit.I am nervous that these reviews will put me on the naughty list and Ill never get repairs. Don't know how else to get their attention.

When I was considering moving in, staff assured me they had high quality everything. I soon learned that this was to gaslight people into paying outrageous amounts for mediocre service. My maintenance requests were basically ignored and the supervisor decided to be an ass and say it was my fault things were not working when I had only been there a short time. The pool isn't safe at all. The PH levels were so high that I had to go to the hospital for an allergic reaction because of the amount of chlorine in the pool being unsafe. Here's the kicker, they know the pool is unsafe, yet they still keep it open and allow people to swim in it with no warnings. I've seen cockroaches in multiple locations, and the car port collapsing was not an ideal situation. Luckily my car was not underneath, but if it was they'd be paying a pretty penny for the damages. If you're looking for somewhere to live, I would look elsewhere because the people here are nothing but snakes that just want your money.

My daughter lived here for a year with her friend. We helped them move in to an apartment they were told management "didn't have time to clean". Some stains on the carpet and in bathroom. The dishwasher didn't work for months. Their AC broke in the summer , making the place unlivable for days--they both moved home till it was finally repaired. On moving out they were charged for stains in the bathroom that were there when they moved in! First time renters, they didn't take pictures for proof, so were forced to pay ridiculous fines. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Based on our experience and other reviews, fines for stains or repairs are repeatedly charged but never actually fixed renter after renter. Only good thing about this place is location. The management needs to use their excessive move out fines to actually fix up and clean up their units!

Good place to live, all units come with a washer and dryer.You also get a carport, i didn't have to scrape ice of my car.I like that there is an indoor pool and outdoor pool connected.The actual apartments are kind of average.Outside areas are kept clean and grass looks nice.Only complaint is my a/c had to be looked at two years in a row.I left because rent went up, at one point I was paying about 1K a month going month to month.

Great Place to live. There is a great new Manager and a whole new team. They have cleaned up the property and gotten rid of the people who have caused problems. I see a few on here did negative reviews. Maintenance is excellent, and the location is great. The pools are great.

I lived here for 3 years. The staff has a high turn over. And the management is very rude. I gave a 30 day notice and when I left the charged me $1000 because within the "last year" it's all of a sudden a 60 notice. They have no communication, very rude, and the rent fluctuates whenever they feel like it, always hidden fees. Nothing works around there and everything is tan down. Such a hassle to get anything done. They half ass everything. They do not care about their tenants.

I wouldn't recommend these apartments. Walls are thin. I can hear my neighbors below me talking. Maintenance calls go unanswered. My kitchen sink has been broken for over a month now. Called twice to get it fixed and the work order is still being ignored. They raise the rent every year. This year it went up over a hundred dollars more a month and it is not worth what they want monthly. The apartment is not updated and I can not park in my carport because someone else parks in it but management will not do anything about it.

I received reply from "owner" to please contact regarding my review. When I contacted them I was told response was "autogenerated" and there was no need to reply. They truly don't care! BBB review to follow.

Management is very disrespectful. Instead of working with their residents they get smart. They charge late fees when residents use the drop box. They charge so many other fees your rent is never constant. They also refuse to give you their corporate number.
