Dallas has been to the house 2 times, mostly to fix what I tried to start. He's always been professional and the work is excellent. I honestly believe he cares about what he does and it shows.

Was very excited to get him to come out for an estimate on a large job and seemed very professional. Never heard from him again. Would not even return calls or respond to messages.

My heater was leaking water lots of water, and I decided to call to come get it checked. When I called he automatically came to help me out but before he came I went to check my heater to see what's the problem and it was a loose pipe and he told me I fixed my own problem but he was very nice and he still checked it out to confirm it, they charge 60$ the hour but since I fixed my own problem he didn't charge me so nice ! Will call again if I have any other problem !

My wife and I recently purchased a 100 year old home that needed completely gutted and essentially everything redone. We started with another plumber from Abilene, KS that ended up not doing the job promised and was inconsistent in his working times. After we let that first plumber go we called Dallas and he offered to come out that same night and give us an estimate to finish the job. Dallas has and continues to go above and beyond to get the job done at our house. He communicates when situations come up and lets you know when he will be out there and what he plans to do with the time he will be out there. After that first plumber problem we were hesitant to hire another. If we need anymore plumbing work done, we will definitely call Dallas first! Cannot recommend enough!
