Dunkin'

Went through the drive through and wasn't sure what we wanted. The person taking our order was extremely patient with us and answered all the questions we had and explained what certain drinks consisted of and compared them to other drinks we may be more familiar with. She even read back our order to make sure she didn't miss anything. So our experience in the drive through was pleasant. However after getting our drinks and food and pulling off sadly we saw that consistency isn't the same. We ordered two avocado toast with bacon and one without the everything bagel seasoning. The amount of bacon (which we paid extra for) was not the same. The drinks were delicious and we were happy that the lady recommend them. Overall a good experience. This is not a store issue but we would appreciate if you could add your loyalty points with your receipt should you forget to scan at the store.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the limited amount of bacon in my avocado toast. I had two little pieces vs my friend had like six pieces of bacon. Thankfully, she shared with me. The bacon was cooked with the right amount of crispness and oval very tasty. My drink was amazing and gave me the caffeine needed to get back to TX.I will stop again next time I pass through.

Placed a mobile order for pickup through the drive through. The girl who gave us our order initially started handing us drinks, but all we ordered was food so my husband didn't take the drinks and reminded her of our mobile order and the name. She came back and handed us a bag. Upon checking the bag, it only had our wraps and not the donuts we ordered so I took it inside to get the donuts so we wouldn't hold up the drive through. Upon entering the lobby, the woman with glasses who seemed to be the manager was running around very aggressively making drinks, tossing whipped cream and soft top cans down and making negative comments about the drinks she was making. The phone started ringing and she said "If this is the same person who keeps calling my store..." checked the number, and put the phone on mute to continue doing what she was doing. The girl who handed me our drive through order helped me in the lobby, got me the missing items and was very nice. I was thrown off by the looks the manager gave me when I walked in, the attitude she had to other employees and her demeanor when speaking to the employees. She did not seem like a pleasant person to work with and certainly wasn't pleasant to be around as a guest.
