Dunkin'

By far the worse DD I've been to. Took about 10 minutes to order food and coffee at the drivethru because the lady working the register didn't know what she was doing. Then a man took over and wasn't much better. Kept telling me they had things they did not and would have to change my order again. Was given the wrong cream cheese, got the correct one, drove off and realized they didn't give me a knife. Employees need training. My family and I won't be back

The food and drinks I ordered came out good. The lady working the register didn't have super huge smile on her face but maybe she was having a bad day possibly. This location is pretty new and offers a lot of charging locations which is nice for students or people traveling.

I was wanting to purchase a half dozen cake donuts for one item. Took quite awhile to reach the 6, because there were out of at least 1/2 of their choices. Finally completed. For my second order of 4 dozen donuts I requested 3Maple long Johns. They only had one !!! No donuts at a donut shop!! Am I missing something. It was about 1120 am. So I gave up and will get my donut box gifts somewhere else.

Multiply times I have purchased a medium sized coffee light and sweet. Multiple times the order was wrong. Today 2/21/2023 my order was taken by the GM Jon. When I got to my window he called out the wrong order and then i corrected him. He then tried to give me hot chocolate instead of the coffee I ordered. I asked him if he was sure it was light and sweet which he said absolutely. It turns out it was just a regular coffee. I've been using DD over 40 years around the world and this is the worst ever. I even contacted corporate and nothing has been done

If I could do negative stars for this location I would. I am an old man from the East and have grown up on DD so that is why I decided to give this particular location another try. I should have known better. It is the closest to my work location and at I have gone there almost every day for the last 2 weeks to see if I am over reaching expectation. I have been given the wrong donuts, I have been given the wrong drink or a drink that was not made as I requested it. The customer service is rude and unprofessional and when I order a donut that comes in a heart shape it tends to make me believe that these are old donuts from February they are trying to get rid of. The GM Jon either is oblivious to how to manage a location professionally or simply does not care. The other DD locations in Wichita have never disappointed so I am shocked by the sh@# show at this one. I have contacted corporate, nothing is done. I have seen no changed or had no contact by franchise owners. My suggestion if you are at Central and Hillside in Wichita Kansas, use the 7 Brews or Starbuck that are located on the same corner.
