Dunkin'

I've loved the donuts here ever since they opened; there's so many to choose from. The service is carried out very professionally. My favorite flavors are Cake Battered, Strawberry Frosted, and Glazed Blueberry. So Delicious!

I ordered a drink on the DoorDash app. I asked for less night. They gave me my drink which was a large half full.

I'm so tired of getting my sandwich wrong. When I place my order online it will be made wrong. I can not have bacon so I get turkey sausage and I do not like cheese so I get no cheese. Most of the time it's turkey sausage and cheese which is at least tolerable. To top it off, my sandwich is really cold so I do not think it was fully cocked for the right time.

After reading other reviews I felt compelled to share our experiences. Places run out of items and people make mistakes-but they also try their best. We have been through the line and told they were out of something-no big deal, decide on something else. Covid has caused delays everywhere! Order ahead if you know you want something or don't be upset when you arrive and they don't have it. The staff has been friendly most days and once again, people have bad days-we are all human. Instead of leaving bad reviews, maybe we should think about the good or the possibility of them having an off day. If you in fact are perfect, leave your review and if not have consideration for others. The Hastings store is doing a great job!

terrible customer service every time I go. I try to order something and the workers are either rude or just tell me that they don't have it. I tried ordering a frappe with a croissant sandwich and they tried telling me they didn't have either of those. Then i just ordered a BACON egg and cheese wake up wrap and when i got my wrap, they forgot the bacon. Not to mention they were very rude the whole time. All in all, I will no longer be going to the hastings dunkin' donuts.

Horrible horrible service. So rude and ruin the experience and fun of going to get coffee and donuts. Additionally, the iced coffee we ordered was straight up milk and sugar with syrup flavoring. They obviously don't care about what they give out and are just lazy.

I LOVE dunkin but I do not understand WHY my coffee is different every time I go through??? It is soooo frustrating. I use to go every day, but now Im afraid of what I am going to get! I always get a vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar. Sometimes theres no cream and Sometimes it tastes like theres no coffee or at least not full pumps. Please be consistent and make it the same EVERY TIME!! I want to know what Im getting and enjoy it like I should be able to. I do not care for Starbucks, but at least I know what Im getting and its the same every time. Thank you, Debi Ficken [email protected]

The worker was super mean. our drink was wrong and we respectfully asked for it to be fixed and she rudely talked to us with attitude.
