Dunkin'

This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I've lived in four different states, and this is by far the worst. Once, I was asked at the drive-through to hold on for a second, as the person at the call box would be right back. After waiting for 30 minutes, I went to go inside, and the doors were locked. It was 9 AM on a Saturday. Another time, someone at the call box told me I couldn't choose the doughnuts I wanted at the drive-through. I get what they choose to put in the bag. If you want an iced coffee, well, forget about that. The only cold thing in the 'iced' coffee is the actual ice. They are the only Dunkin within 20 miles of where I live, and at this point, I'd rather choke on broken coffee-flavored glass than deal with their shenanigans.

Service is subpar. Every single time we have gone they have said there's no donuts. Don't offer to make them, no solution. Confused by it having donuts in the name. Don't waste your time or money here. Starbucks has much better coffee and food.

Everyone complaining about the service obviously have never worked in fast food and don't know how hard it is when you have rude customers and always complaining and whining about the service they get. These workers are actually very nice and helpful but when you get entitled soldiers and Karen's that think they are all high and mighty. Also I am a solider here on Fort Riley and have no affiliation with anyone here I'm just speaking from experience when I say everyone complaining about food and service think they should be treated like the president. I love this Dunkin Donuts establishment and will continue to support it. Keep up the good work guys !!

Y'all need to fix yourselves. Every time I come here there's an issues. You told me one time I couldn't pick my own doughnuts I get what you give me. Who tf does that? You also one time in the drive through said hold on and never came back. I decided to have fun with it and timed it. 45 mins went by and y'all never came back. It's 2/9/25 Sunday @11:40 and your doors are locked even though the hours posted say Sunday 8:00am - 4:00am. I'm done using this Dunkin'. I only put up with it because it was on base and convenient and the nearest one is 30 mins away. The employees here just aren't very good people.

Your store located at 5917 Ashby Ashby Ave Fort Riley, KS 66442, is a COMPLETE misrepresentation of your business. The workers operate that store so poorly. You have lost a LOYAL customer of 18 years.
