Dröm Sött Sweet Dreams Inn

Bed and breakfast? Boutique hotel? Drom Sott Inn in Lindsborg is both at the same time. It's literally the cutest little place to stay in what has to be the cutest Scandinavian town in Kansas. Drom Sott (which means "sweet dreams" in Swedish) feels like you're staying in someone's cozy home. The rooms are impeccable and everything is arranged just so. The bed is super comfortable. The lobby has large couches and chairs tucked into nooks that you can relax in. My room was on the smaller side, but it was perfect for a single person (which I visited as) or two people who don't mind sharing a small room.A generous Scandinavian buffet breakfast is included with your stay. Options at breakfast included crepes with lingonberry jam, hardboiled eggs, herring, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and lots more. My favorite part of Drom Sott: Adult guests are welcome to visit the wine bar downstairs during their stay for a glass of complementary wine. Or two! There are also some little nibbly things (pretzels and Chex mix-ish snacks) to eat as you drink your wine. I drank my wine and then left the hotel to explore the cute Swedish neighborhood. Drom Sott is located in downtown Lindsborg, within walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars.

We have had the pleasure of staying at the Drom Stott Inn 4 times (maybe 5?) and will return again when we travel out west. Nestled in the quaint Swedish themed town of Lindsborg, Kansas, the inn is a star in the towns crown. From the very first time we arrived and every time after we were greeted with kindness and made to feel very welcomed. The employees are a joy, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is amazing. It's a perfect place to relax and unwind. The town is also a lot of fun to explore. It may be a bit off the beaten path, but well worth the trip!

By far the best place to stay in Lindsborg. Location is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is a Swedish delight. A great place to stay when visiting Lindsborg, a delightful small town.

What a tremendous experience for me and my family. We were able to find a room on fairly short notice due to a family loss. They were beyond accommodating, extremely pleasant and always with a smile. There was certainly a "how can we help" atmosphere and always someone available.I highly recommend the morning breakfast, just wonderful.We couldn't have been better cared for and will definitely be seeing them again!Thanks for everything, Tom L.

We had not been to the Inn since the transition. We were bowled over by theservice and the high level of hospitality. We appreciated the subtle improvements while keeping the Swedish/LIndsborg culture. We will be back.

We stayed here in September and October, 2022. The second time our party took over the entire hotel for a wedding in town. Each time every request was met with a smile even going above and beyond. As a Celiac's sufferer I was given my own toaster, with special g-free bread and a modified delicious egg casserole each morning that I could share in with our party. This was a home away from home vibe that doesn't happen often even in America's best hotels. I felt seen and heard and was able to relax like everyone hopes they can when on travel. I would happily return here for the excellent customer service.

We've traveled I-70 for 30+ years and always thought about stopping in Lindsborg. This year we decided to and stayed at Drom Sott. It was very, very nice; a little gem in the middle of Kansas. We stayed during the week so there was not much going on in the town, pretty quiet in fact, but I would love to come back on a weekend when there are lots of activities. This Inn is wonderful. Clean, quaint, and the most amazing breakfast! It is a served breakfast with 2 seating times. Nothing like the eggs and dried biscuits in the steamer trays in the chain hotels. We booked the smallest/cheapest room and, though small, it was plenty of room. Would definitely stay again.

As walk-in vistors our stay was wonderful. The breakfast was incredible. Our walk around the town shopping and visiting the museum was so comfortable and relaxing; the people that we encountered were very friendly. The room was small and tight but the bed was so comfortable. We definitely will stay at Drom Sott Inn again.

I was in town meeting a friend and fellow Bethany College alum. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable! We enjoyed staying right downtown! The breakfast was wonderful! Everyone was very kind and helpful with whatever we needed!
