We had a coolant leak in out motor home and they were so nice. Took the time to work us in and Nick was able to replace a hose. John was very prompt on answering the phone and getting us worked right in. Curt was a delight to work with. Would recommend them to anyone.

We were stranded in KS for three days due to a broken down RV rental. John was swamped with work but took the time to help my family out so that we could continue what was my dad's last and final vacation. They really went above and beyond!! THANKS AGAIN JOHN

Another RVing story. We were heading East to visit family and had a strict timeline when our truck began having "issues" puling our 5th wheel trailer on I-70. We learned about Drieling Field Service in Hays from a campground in Wakeeny, and made the trip to Hays at what should have been their closing time. Our GPS directed us to the wrong site, so I called John for new directions. To condense the story, he met us at an intersection so we could follow him to his business. It was 5:45 by now. He quickly assessed the problem, (filter issues) and we were headed back to our campground in less than an hour. Thank you, John!

September 2021, we were driving our 2010 Winnebago Journey east on the I70, as the saying goes, pretty much in the middle of nowhere. We knew our water pump was leaking. We had called many places, no one had time or the inclination to replace it for us on the west side of Kansas, probably too busy with harvest and such. So we nursed the pump along, adding water every 40 miles or so.Until the water pump quit entirely, and the computer let us slowly move to the side of the freeway, and park on the shoulder. Not the best, but we did get a tow truck eventually (another review for him), and while he was hooking us up, he disconnected the driveline and noticed the differential had problems. He made a call to Dreiling Field Service, they said they could replace our water pump for us and would look at the differential. We arrived at the shop in Hays Kansas, they looked over the problem, allowed us to overnight in their yard, and replaced the water pump the next morning, a reasonably simple repair. But the differential proved to be a harder problem. The unit had been out of production for years, parts were unavailable. Lucky for us we were at the right shop, they knew a machine shop that could make the replacement parts for us, it might take a few weeks, but we could get back on the road in a reasonable time. We settled in at a local RV park, prepared for how ever long it took. And surprise, in less than a week, the parts were ready, we moved the RV to the shop the next day. They did need to keep the RV one full day and night, we stayed in a local motel, and a week from our breakdown, we were on our way again. The shop, and all technicians treated us well, seemed very professional in their work. I know I was a pain asking lots of questions, but it was a pretty big deal for us to get done. They showed me the failed parts of the differential, and all the work they were doing. And did a thorough inspection and test drive before we headed out. In addition, they worked with me and my GS Extended Warranty to make sure I was fully reimbursed for the repairs. From my time in and around their shop, I know they can work on anything mechanical. They have my full confidence. We are now down the road some 1500 miles in deep south Texas, thanks for getting us back on the road again.
