Downstream Resort RV

Warning: They shut off the water from Nov 1st so elec hook up ONLY! there's a little dump station that everyone sharesI would've given it a 3.5 star but that's not an option and 3 wouldn't be fair. if they had told us all of this beforehand or had it on their website or something I'd def give them 5. I feel like it was a bit misleading to say full water and elec hook up if it's only seasonal? In general it's really nice and clean, the people are great. I was surprised to see so many cars at the casino, we found this place randomly on the map. The store is well stocked and had some local honey/jerky/steaks as well. Good place to stop and rest. We'll most likely come back again and make sure we do BEFORE nov 1st.

Traveling to Texas puled in for the night. going to stay another night and play some golf. Sites are fairly level good water power good dump station on the way out the water hookup at the dump station is a little far from the road but that's ok. Good security very nice people working there.

My wife and I love Downstream RV (by the gas/convenience store) as a one-two night stopover. It's quiet, clean, with easy in & out. We were just here last year in September. Unfortunately, it appears that things are going downhill. When we pulled in last there were several junkie rigs parked (not meaning old because many old rigs are gems) with personal items strewn around. Car seats (not the kid kind) on the ground, and one person in the corner renovating his rig on site: lumber leaning everywhere. Ugh!
