Excellent place to relax at the spa !!!! Very high end treatment ... rooms are very nice clean and quiet ...Casino was ok ... buffet is good. Smoking in casino just nasty smell ... Easy to get into and out ... they give military discount for rooms and food ...Really pretty place to just hang out at ! Indoor pool and hot tub... !!! Going back !!!

Came for a social event and was pleasantly surprised at the size and decorations of the event center. Valet parking, full bar, tasty food - all in all a good place for a social function. Only things I wish were different were clear directions (it's a bit of a maze) and the smell of smoke coming from the casino.

Stayed at the hotel a few times now. The rooms are nice, clean and well-kept. The casino floor is a little bit too smoky for me. They do have a lot of slot machines and tables. The rest rooms are clean and well-maintained. The Friday night buffet has great selection. You can pay extra for unlimited crab legs.

Downstream Casino is a good place to gamble. This was my first visit to Downstream Casino, and the players club sign-up was fast and convenient. There are countless slots throughout the casino, and numerous table games. I had a good experience, and would return in the future.

This review is for the hotel only. We stayed here one night and our room was amazing. I called on the phone to ask if they had any rooms with hot tubs in them and they did but said they don't post them online. So I booked it and it turned out to be a whole king suite with a balcony. The hot tub was amazing! So big, powerful jets. Two people fit very comfortably. It was definitely worth it. Had a separate living room and little kitchenette. 1 1/2 baths! The actual bathroom was very huge as well. Very comfortable bed. Would recommend booking this suite.

Amazing atmosphere! Zach the bartender was the best! My drinks were awesome! The casino paid pretty good also!

This ended up exceeding my expectations. The rooms are very nice and I wish that we had stayed two nights instead of one. The casino floor is OK but very few of the slots are branded. It's not a big deal but just strange. Like instead of Wheel of Fortune, there's Wheel of Luck and instead of Elvis, there is Jumpsuit Singer.We made reservations for the buffet as we had a large family group but they didn't put it in the computer and initially denied us seating telling us that all of the tables were full with people with reservations. The customer service at the hostess stand was poor but they did give us a discount and seated us after we asked to speak to the manager and the person who took our reservation confirmed that we did call.Wacky Wednesday is an incredible deal. We had reservations and paid full price but if you don't, your room can be about $50 per night if you walk up in the evening. Beer is $2 per pint. It's quite a value.They do take temperatures touch-free at your wrist as you enter but masks don't appear to be required although it is easy to stay away from others as the space is wide open.

There were so many issues with this hotel. First, I called to ask if there was a certain time to checkin or if I could checkin when I got there. After driving 3 hours I was supposed to get there at 8 am and they said that was perfectly fine and I can checkin and get my room when I get here. Fast forward to when I get here... no checkin until 1 pm. So after driving 3 hours in the middle of the night to get here at 8 am and go to sleep I have to stay awake in my car until checkin at 1 pm. Secondly the parking for the hotel guests is ridiculous. If you're not getting valet they don't care. Parking is almost a miles walk to get to the hotel but the biggest issue of all was that I got an extra night on the last night JUST FOR SLEEP because I didn't want to checkout at 11 am and instead of any workers of the hotel giving me a heads up that they would be doing an hour long fire drill with flashing lights (while I'm epileptic) they left me in the dark knowing I was only getting the room for more sleep. Rather than letting me know that you guys were doing an extensive fire alarm check bright in the morning. If you know im paying for an extra night just because I don't want to wake up at 11 and checkout why not tell me you're doing hour long loud fire drills at 12. Very very upset about my experience here. I talked to someone in the hotel about my issues and they offered another night for "$89" which made me laugh a little bit. Will not be staying here again.

We decided to spend the night at the casino resort when attending a concert in a nearby town. First the hotel, the hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The room was large and comfortable. The onlyComplaint was the vending machines on each floor were empty for drinks. We ended up walking back to the casino snack bar to purchase additional bottles of water. We ate dinner at the Legends Sport Bar. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The service was excellent!The casino was rather smokey and not much as going on if you were not playing slot machines. They did not have any live music and the lobby bar was closed. We were there in the middle of the week so I am sure there is more happening on the weekends. We were probably just there on an offnight.
