Guaranteed lower interest than my bank. He fell short. Found out later that they ran my credit at four banks. I told them I did not want a bunch of hard inquiries on my credit. Seems like they really only care about the sale and not the person.

Always take my car there for oil changes and they get you in and out. Not as happy with their service on repairs but honestly I think that had more to do with the consultant than anything else.

I bought a 2014 Buick Encore on August 24th and I had a great car salesman but their management sucks. My parents were interested in a vehicle they saw and My father asked if they do cash referrals and the manager said no but he would for us. Fast forward to today October 3rd and I still haven't received my check. After weeks of emails and getting the run around I called and talked to a manager named Shawn. He informed me that they don't usually do cash referrals but when they do it's usually sent out on the 10th and it's only $50!! I am highly aggravated on how I was giving the run around and how little they give for referrals....majority of the car dealerships around town give $100. I am not impressed with this dealership nor will I ever referral anyone to them ever!!!!

These people were awesome!! We were passing through town while in the process of moving from one state to another when we had trouble with our pickup. My husband is an aircraft mechanic so, knowing about mechanical things, he diagnosed the problem as the differential going out. We called another dealer ship and was told they couldn't even look at the vehicle until the next day (plus they were rude on the phone). We called Donovan's and they were extremely nice on the phone and said they would get to it that day and at least diagnose it and possibly fix it. They called within a few hours and said it wasn't the entire differential but just the bearings and they had to get the parts in so would have it fixed the next day. Not only did they have it fixed the next day but early enough for us to check out of the hotel without paying for an extra day, getting our rental car returned in time to save a day AND get on the road in time to reach our destination that day. I am soooo thankful we chose Donovan's to fix our vehicle. A big Thank you! to the Service Manager (Dustin) and the Service Dept. AWESOME AWESOME people.

I took my truck in three times for the same problem. They charged me hundreds of dollars each time and never fixed the issue. The forth time I brought it in I was told they were "washing their hands of it"., The General manager of course wasn't "available" to talk to me. The service advisor told me "I flat don't care about you" and Bruce the New Car manager threatened to beat the tar out of me if I didn't get in my "junk ass truck" and get it the hell off "his" property. This is not the way to do business and they have lost mine.

Sooo, I have was always told "Never, Never take a vehicle to a dealership ". Well I learned the hard way! My brake system went out, in Wichita Kansas of all places. And being at the mercy of the service department, they price gouged me and after 3 weeks I finally got it back last Friday. And when I asked why the prices don't match with the price on the website they ordered from, (OME parts) no one had an answer. I sent an email to Mr. Packer showing the quote and prices and he had no answers for me. I was charged for 12 hr of labor, but from what I got, it took 3-4 hrs to repair. When I arrived to the dealership to pick up my truck, conveniently there was no manager around to speak to. I was told they were at lunch. And let's not forget that the service guy Steve Nelson said he would have it washed when I picked it up, and that never happened! Very very disappointed and angry that people get taken advantage of.

Was in a major bind with a fuel leak on my Chevy Duramax diesel. Dropped it off at the commercial truck center. Todd and company did a great job. Had the problem diagnosed and fixed in a couple of hours or so and I was on my way instead of planning on how to manage commitments with a rental. Diesel repairs are not cheap but the cost was not unreasonable. Have had experiences with repair shops a lot less responsible and considering I was in transit was expecting the worst. Instead, I got a positive experience from what every indication pointed to was honest folks. I highly recommended this repair shop for anyone having truck problems they are not in a position to handle personally.
