I went to look at a car that I found on Autotrader. The car was listed for $25,976, but when we went to look at it in person they told me that the price was $26,775. The claim was that there were hidden fees like a protective cover over the paint, etc. I tried to look passed that because I did like the vehicle, but I was still pretty disappointed in it. I had stayed in contact with the salesman, Brady, and the financial advisor, Evan, through the next two days and we were going through the works with what I was looking for in payment. At the end of the 2nd day, I asked to be emailed the final paperwork so I could make sure I was happy with it and they didn't send it to me. Instead Brady and Evan had a different person call me and tell me that the vehicle is in the process of being sold to someone else but will let me know if it falls through. My experience there was very disheartening and I hope this review reaches many people so nobody else has to feel the same way.Now, the other person, I want to say Mike, called me back and told me that the vehicle sold in the morning at their west store. I had been talking with Evan up until around 4 pm that day. I guess if you're going to buy a vehicle from them, do it right then and there otherwise they don't care.

I research vehicles online before I go to a dealer. I emailed the dealership stating my vehicle requirements. They replied with what I believe were "canned" responses since they never actually answered any of my questions. After several weeks, I eventually got an email allegedly from Ms. Hattan herself - which also seemed "canned" in that it also never addressed my requirements. When I saw they had a vehicle close to my needs on the lot, I emailed the "salesman" (not sure he really exists) and told him when I would be there. I showed up an he's "not in today". I took a test drive (for fit and feel) and found that the vehicle was still on my list. I check the widow sticker and found that the dealership added their own "market adjustment" of almost $5,000 above sticker price! As a repeat customer of Don Hattan, I was insulted and I don't play those games. I left and will never go back. Deceptive throughout the entire time.

Zero stars, Yelp made me pick one. Terrible customer service, my truck sat there for 31 days and the ineptitude of the service department had never been more evident. Zero communication from the dealership, I only got updates when I called. They rarely returned my call when I did initiate it. On day 25 I called Ford Corporate to initiate a formal claim, and all of a sudden on day 31 the dealership made a miraculous discovery and my truck was fixed. Yet the "lemon law" still applies and when I picked the truck up there were loose parts laying in the truck bed they neglected to put back on. One additional issue, they were refusing to give me a loaner car until I pushed my way through to the GM. What a joke. There are so many choices when you choose to purchase a vehicle, maybe think twice before pursuing this one.

My daughter just bought a 2013 GMC Terrain on Feb 12th from Don Hattan out of Augusta. 2wks after having we noticed a leak under front of car, we called on Friday about getting car in. They first told they couldn't get in until March 16th, which after the 30 days. Talk to Tom Zachary our salesmen, he did get it worked out to bring car in on Monday. I took to Don Hattan in Augusta Monday afternoon. Today, Tuesday...I get a call from Cary Garrison, the Service Advisor, he continues to tell me that the water pump is going out and needs replaced. (mind you our daughter a high-school girl that bought her own car). Cary then proceeds to tell me that they will ONLY cover 10% off the cost so therefore she will have to come up with $900.00. husband called back and the extra warranty she had just bought, didn't cover any of this. Needless to say Don Hattan Ford has NOT been a great place to buy from and they don't work with you. It's ONLY been 3 WEEKS, a car should last longer then that if went through a full inspection. The Mannel's very disappointed customers.
