We've been shopping for a very exclusive car for 3 years. We called Don Hattan and they said they could order one for us. We were so excited. Then Davis Moore called and said they had an allotment for one. We had already committed to Don Hattan so we turned Davis Moore down simply because it was the right thing to do. We live West of Wichita so it was quite a drive to Park City to meet with Don Shaw and John. We met John and we started the order process. Don comes up and says we can't order that, we don't have an allotment. My husband checks his texts and they specifically say they have one. We left as quickly as we could. We heard them say, as we left, we can't get another one until we sell the one on the floor. This was a an obvious bait and switch. They out and out lied to us. We were brokenhearted. We knew the Davis Moore allotment was probably gone. We went ahead and called Davis Moore and Jonathan said yes, he still had it available. We just ordered our new car just like we wanted it. We will never step foot in Don Hattan again. Very poor ethics.

After having my battery checked at the auto parts store, I had my Cadillac towed to this dealership on 7/17. This was my first interaction with this dealership ever. On 7/19, I received a text link from the service advisor, Tyler, that stated that my car needed a new alternator. The text message did not itemize the charges. When I called the dealership to get this information, was told that there was no way to send it to me. They quoted me $2558.45 to do this work. Needless to say, I paid the $160 (with fees) inspection fee, and had it towed to another repair facility.Turns out, after testing my existing alternator, onboard computer, etc. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE ALTERNATOR. The battery failed... bottom line, parts store owes me a tow, and Don Hattan charged me an inspection fee and didn't really test my alternator (which they state failed). Clearly, they were hoping I would just pay them $2500 to replace a perfectly fine alternator. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. FRAUD!

Our family has done business with Don Hattan for many years and will never continue future business with them again. I am displeased with the last service. My car needed a catalytic converter replaced, and they were about to charge me $5,000.00 to fix the problem. I took my car to other services within Wichita and offered a significantly lower price of $2,000.00. I ended up taking it to Mel Hamilton Ford, and they dropped the price to $1,450 and found other potential problems/hazards before they had a huge impact That Don Hattan failed to find.

***UPDATE***. Just wanted to pop in and let everyone know they did finally resolve issue. Took a few more calls from me. Last one the guy just tells me sorry service desk closed call back Monday ( basically) and then hangs up without regard to what i may be needing or going through. I called back and explained that this was 4th time I've called and been told someone will call me back. But I'm the only one calling. I not only got cb. I actually got my moms car serviced. Battery changed. Even though it took a lot longer than expected to change a battery. It's done. Mom is happy. I'm Happy!!!

I am very pleased with the service department. There were some issues with a back ordered part and then some mechanical issues and I was kept updated the entire time and taken care of more than fairly. Although the dealership is more than an hour away from my home, I will happily drive that drive knowing my vehicle will be fixed correctly and tested vigorously, if needed, before given back to me. Five Star Service for sure!

I'm taking back the 5 stars I gave them for fixing my C4500 a couple weeks ago. The tech did a great job explaining what was happening and gave some tips on what to do if it should happen again. Well it happen again stranding me on the McConnell flight line over the weekend. Not only did the DH service person not connect me the Tech she never returned the call knowing full well I'm stranded on the flight line. I'm giving DH service representatives at their Park City store a BIG FAIL.

Recently bought a vehicle. Advertised differently on the website and when I went to sign the papers it was $2K more than expected. They even gave me a paper on how much the car was ($15K), which I still have as proof, and somehow it jumped price ($17K)when doing the financial part, this was not including taxes and other fees. It just sucks how this was allowed to happen. Just disappointed overall in the business.

They effectively broke our vehicle when we took it to them for repairs, and refused to take ownership for the mistake or make it right. Now we are forced to purchase a new vehicle entirely.

I spent an entire morning and afternoon working a deal for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee that they had available via text message. Around 3:30PM, my salesman John Collins informed me that the GM was willing to give me what I was needing for my trade in, pending seeing it in person and asked when I wanted to come in to complete the deal. I wrote back and told them 1-2 days as today was Saturday and they are closed on Sundays. He replied back 5 minutes later informing that he needed me to tell him "alternative" vehicles I was interested in because the Jeep we had been working out the entire day sold earlier that morning.....He sent along a short list of 2023 Suburbans and Tahoes. Mind you, the vehicles he suggested were 15-20K more than the vehicle I had enquired about. Seemed like a pretty sleezy way of up selling if you ask me. This dealership and salesman were a complete waste of time and he was rude about it, when I asked why he and his team were even working a deal with me on a vehicle that was already sold. I'd avoid this dealership as they obviously don't care about customers time, wants, or needs.
