Dog Patch Grooming

She left a huge slice in my dogs skin and I didn't notice it till a week later when he was bleeding everywhere after running around the yard with his toys. When I picked him up she said "I had to cut him shorter under his front leg and got his skin but you won't even notice it." So I didn't think anything of it until I felt something and saw blood like a week later.

Fantastic service! Doing well at mitigating covid. Crystal is great with dogs making them feel comfortable.

I've been bringing my Maltipoo for the past 5 years here, they always do a excellent job on my fur baby. I highly recommend- it's also reasonable . I like how I can drop him off 30 mins before his appt time.

A friend recommended we take a rescue dog (Westie/Yorkie mix) to Crystal to get de-funkified. We had given him a bath but it didn't do much for the odor that he'd gained living in a hoarding situation with dozens of other dogs (read: reeked of dog pee and hadn't seen a bath, brush or trim in who knows how long.) The friend said Crystal does a great job with his temperamental pooch, so we gave her a try.Crystal took this pup from mangy-looking and awful-smelling to adorable and funk-free. She said she shampooed him three times to get his hair clean. She'd given him a great trim and he came out wearing a cute bandana. The price seemed very reasonable, too! In addition, Crystal let us know the pup's urine had an especially pungent odor. As, we hadn't had a pet in ages, we didn't know it wasn't normal, but a trip to the vet revealed a UTI and crystals in the urine, so Crystal helped us out with getting faster treatment for this previously poor, mistreated creature. Overall, great experience and we'll go back!

Cut into my Shiz Tzu skin and didn't do anything about it and claimed it wasn't their fault. Didn't even bother to apologize or feel sympathy for nicking my dogs skin.

Took my dog there and the cut my dog stomach and fail to tell me. When we call to inquire they just blew us off. Please don't go there horrific staff.

I love Dog Patch Grooming. Chelsea is Great with my two dogs. I have been taking my dogs to Dog Patch Grooming for years even before they moved to the current location on West Street. The owner and Chelsea are very friendly and helpful.

1st time at dog patch Friday June 3rd 2022, Saturday morning eyes matted shut with thick white, Sunday green thick goo, Tuesday to vet, emergency eye surgery removal, watching other eye. This 9 year old Happy SHIHZU has Never even been sick, now maybe losing the other eye also. DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED, BUT SOMETHING CERTAINLY DID, maybe nicked his eye

I didn't feel like the staff was very friendly. My dog seemed a little traumatized for about a week after he came home. There was barely any communication before or after his grooming. It was a bit unsettling.

This is a out standing pet grooming place my baby's love coming here. I not only give it a five star but upgrade it to a ten star
