We last were at DCB about 5 years ago...the last time we were on this route. We had positive memories and decided to try it again. The building is clean and modern. If you enter from the parking lot side, the brewing area is to the left, indoor tables, order area, and bar to the right. The staff was very friendly, answered our questions about the menu, and brought our beverages right away. They have gluten-free pizza crust and will bake your pie on separate pans. We ordered a 3C on the GF cauliflower crust. I had a lemonade, and my partner had the 1872 brew. The pizza was good, and he enjoyed his beer. Although it was Saturday, and they were very busy, our food didn't take long to come out at all. We lingered a bit after finishing, and the staff didn't rush us. Really nice vibe. We'll stop in again when we're on this route.

Nice location, large space, and worth a visit. However they were going through new management so staff were all new and a little confused. It didn't impact the quality or my experience. They were friendly and helpful. The food menu only includes pizza but fortunately they are quite good (note the size is pretty big - we split one for 2 guys, but if super hungry you might be able to eat a whole one)The reason for the middle star rating is the beer is just average in my opinion. So wouldn't rush here but might be the best option in this town

This place checks ALL THE BOXES!!!! Not not were we told they would accommodate a party of 9 (after a much less busy Prime on the 9 turned us away) they greeted everyone with enthusiasm, and to say they were busy was an understatement!! We put in our orders & the food matched the quality of service. We ordered the pickle pizza, pizza with no name, nachos, Hawaiian pizza, and one other and every one of the was amazing! The cherry on top of this experience was the atmosphere. Cool downtown vibe, rollup doors inside and outside seating everything you want and more.

Best pizza I have ever had. Beers were good too. But they need to hire additional waitstaff.

Nice selection of local beers, I liked the Tenderfoot Black Currant -- a nice sour ale with a fruity start and sour finish. We split a pizza, the Porky one with sausage and mushrooms. Great crispy crust with good toppings. The pizzas are not huge, but filled the two of us! We liked this local place and would return when here.

Came in to get out of ANOTHER gale force wind day. Nice place with inside and outside tables and a big l shaped bar. Plenty of flavor choices from the light Louie's Cerveza, IPA, lagers and stouts and porter. I tried the 1872 lager . A deep rich flavor. But my favs are the porter and stout. Porter is creamy and bold but not overpowering on the roasted malt. We also ordered the Pizza With No Name. Crust is just thick enough and the flavors were fantastic. Nice big chucks of onion and peppers. Service is quick and friendly. Other drink options are available including sodas and water. They also sell the canned drinks from Boot Hill Distillery.

The ambiance is about what you'd expect for a brewery. Unfortunately, all they have is pizza and appetizers. That being said, they were pretty good. The service was outstanding. They were very attentive and responsive.

I would like to start with we are from out of town. It can be scary looking for a place to eat in a place that you're not familiar with. We were very lucky to stop here. The pizza was to die for. There's a couple of things that make a great pizza first they have to have a great crust, then it's the sauce, and they can't be too stingy on the toppings. Dodge City Brewing had all four. Our waitstaffs name was Jessica. She was very helpful. She had a great attitude and took the time to talk to us about the museum in town and the specials they have on saturday afternoon. I promise that if we come through this part of the country again, we will be stopping. I hope if you're reading this, you'll stop by and enjoy a pie and say hi to jessica.

3 people told me to make sure we enjoyed pizza here at Dodge City Brewing. What a great experience today at Dodge City Brewing from generous beet tasting to fresh, flavorful pickle pizza appetizers. I was too full to order an entree pizza, but had 3 people recommend so I am sure it would have been excellent. Try it today!
