We told the waitress we were new and had no idea what to get. She suggested the fresh burgers and fries. So we got a double cheeseburger combo and a cheeseburger combo. Plus A Dixie dog and Mac and cheese bites. Everything was perfect. Will definitely go again. Maybe this time we won't be so starved we remember to take pictures. Either way it was love by the dashboard for us.

Oh my goodness, this is such a small town eatery. Tons of junk and comfort food to fill your belly big with delicious fixings. The food comes out relatively fast and piping hot. Definitely great for fun snack time with friends or to be fat solo.

My first time here, and I love hometown food, so I was really ready to try it. The hamburger was bad considering how much everyone talked about it and how long it took to get my food. The service was slow. The ambiance has an old-school look that I love, but the fries tasted like Long John Silver's, which made me sad. I hope that if I go back, it will be better, but as of now, I would not go back.

I really wanted this to be great. But I just can't. Been eating here since a small boy back in the last century. The corn dogs are still not bad. But the other stuff wavers from okay to not great at all. Except for the burgers, they are just bad, bad, bad! I just can't do the boiled, steamed burger thing. It's just not an old fashioned burger! If you want that in this town go over to the little hole in the wall on 4th street at lunch time. The burgers here taste like the cardboard salisbury steaks the public schools once served in the cafeteria, only worse. I really wish it wasn't the case. But you can't get enough extras to cover that steamed/watery meat taste. It's sad, this place had such a great history and was once a treat to come too. But it just isn't the same and those burgers are gross. The staff are okay, but i get it they probably don't get paid enough to endure the elements to walk back and forth. It shows when many grumble about the conditions. If you want a Corn dog, then okay. Otherwise, just go somewhere else.

Used to be a great place with awesome sizes of fries, fried mushrooms, and fried pickles. We just recently went and we got about 1/4 of the amount you used to get, definitely not worth it anymore

Enjoyable, quick, old fashion Carhop or Drive - Thru. Dixie Dogs are great and the milk shakes are hand made. Employees are polite and alert to give good service.
