Discount Wheel & Tire

Had 4 tires installed and left with 4 damaged wheels.Store manager was not willing to make it right, so I asked to have the general manager contact me. Took 2 days to hear from him. Only got a phone call denying me any compensation. General manager never looked at my damaged wheels. He looked at 1 picture the store manager took of 1 wheel and told me it looked like old damage. I explained to them you could still see bright metal where the damage was, but they dismissed my claim. I bought the vehicle new and it had never had any damage. My vehicle is pristine, no scratches, no door dings no dents (until I left my vehicle with Discount Wheel & Tire). I will never do business with this company again and will pass on my bad experience with anybody I know looking for tires.

I came here after I woke up to a flat tire caused by a huge nail. I walked into Discount Tire with my tire warranty in hand since I had just bought my tires last fall. I thought this place was part of the national Discount Wheel and Tire chain. It was not. The guy told me that they could repair my tire for around $25. I said sure. The guys behind the counters were super-friendly and provided excellent service. My tire was repaired in within about thirty minutes. And I was rolling again. I'm not sure if they are just a general repair shop or not. But I would visit again if I had tire issues.

3 of my 4 wheels were damaged service manager denied anything happened. The was the second set of tires I purchased from them on the same vehicle. Never again!

My check engine light came on, so I took it to discount wheel and tire. They changed me $1,200 in parts to fix it. The light is still on ! They don't know what's wrong with it. I think they need to give me a refund, but you know that won't happen. maybe they're good with a flat tire, or an oil change, but I sure in the hell wouldn't trust them for anything else.

I came in expecting a vist of about a couple hours but they helped me out and made my vist quick and easy

Came out of the mall & my check tire pressure light came on. Found this nearest place (since Sears closed) & the mgr said its probably the weather change. He then said He would put air in them to save me the $15 to check them. It worked!! If I should have any more car issues I'll be back for sure. For once I didn't feel taken advantage of at a car repair place.

I went on line first and got a quote for new tires at the first of October. I then called to schedule an appointment and the guy I spoke with said that they were not able to get the tire I had listed on the quote but that he would extend that same offer for an upgraded tire. I told him that it wasn't a problem, I understood and that I would pay the higher price. When I dropped my vehicle off though, they would not take me up on the offer and were very gracious and absorbed the difference in the price of the tires. I was in and out within a 3 hour window--they were very efficient, friendly, fast and courteous. I will not only be back but I will refer people their way!
