Ridiculous long lines. Why we cannot have the closed self checkout lines open is a mystery. Almost always a long wait in line.

So there is this small Dillon's, sitting in the midst of restaurants and stores in a neighborhood that would be a food desert without it. I'm talking about grocery-wise, not a sit down meal or convenience store stuff. The parking lot is full for the 8pm hour. You can tell people appreciate it being here, with so many people shopping here. Westlake area is sure happy to have a Dillon's in their midst. We helped with our patronage tonight. There is an ACE hardware store right there with it. Odd combo, but maybe that hits the spot. Location! Just off the downtown area. Glad it's here!

Been going to this store since I was a little girl. Although I wish that they would stock up more often and have price tags on everything in the store (sometimes I'm left guessing at prices because it has no price tag). But overall no bad experiences

It's simple really. If you work in a store you are responsible to address customer concerns. Point them to a manager or address the problem. We shop at the Dillons on DOUGLAS AND HILLSIDE. Living in College Hill is one block away. Tonight I walked by the salad bar and two young girls were picking food from the trays with fingers, eating and picking again. Mom was standing looking directly at them and doing nothing. I went to the adjacent meat counter and told the clerk. She said "I can't do anything about that". She walked away. No manager was in the store to relay the incident so I left. Sickening on the part of the mom, AND the clerk. Last visit of course.

When going to Dillon's, this is my go-to. I go to WSU, so it's fairly close. The staff is always pretty helpful and the deals always bring me back. I'm normally in and out within ten minutes. They even have a guard by the door at night, I've noticed (unsure if he's police or not). That helps make me feel quite a bit more safe, since this isn't the most pleasant part of town. Overall, good stuff to say!

This is my neighborhood Dillons, and I love going here. It's smaller and doesn't have as much as say the Dillons at Central/Rock, but it's quaint and very diverse. It feels like living in a bigger, urban city. The checkers are friendly, too.

We truly love this Dillons. It's close to the house, but we love it because it's not huge and has everything we need. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff goes above and beyond to help their customers. It's all around a great store.

I go to this store often because of its closeness, and as well as the fact it is a small Dillons, so the products here are easily found. This Dillons has the basics, but special items and organic sections aren't here. The workers are wonderful people but sometimes the service can be extremely difficult and slow.

I just witness blatant racism and false accusations to a black elderly woman. I saw her scan two items, and the white female worker started causing a scene and accused her of stealing. The woman asked her to check her receipts and everything, but the woman had security escort her out instead. Someone needs to fire that lady.
