Avoid this location if you can. Was kicked out by management because I wasn't "fresh".

All I have to say is wow. Not only does Dillon's/Kroger habitually not consistently have stock, and I'm talking pre-pandemic...now that food costs are on the rise they hide and sell spoiled meat? Awesome. I wish Wichita actually had options.

I used to live near this Dillon's and absolutely love it! The staff is friendly and super helpful. They seem to always have someone there to help right when you need them, and you don't have to hunt too much to find some good help. The pharmacy has a great group of staff members who remember me as well. I live further away from here but now I will purposely stop in before, after, or during lunch from work since they keep their place so well organized and clean. Their deli department always has great fresh cheese and meats along with staff members who know how to do the job right. It seems like their selection has more to offer then some of the other Dillon's stores I have gone too. They also have a redbox right there if you want to go pick up something quick and grab a great movie for the night with friends/family. Customer service is spectacular here!!! They always have a smile on their face and get you in and out of line faster than other stores in town. You can also see the employees communicate to one another in a friendly manner.Coming to this Dillons is totally worth driving out of my way for always.

Unfortunate Experience in the Deli. Monday 5/13/24 2:30 pm. Dillon's ..... when your employees in the Deli have lost interest in waiting on Your Customers by yelling at them from across the Kitchen to the customer at the counter that "you are going to wait 10 minutes before I can help you!" perhaps it is time to appoint a new Deli Manager? Someone in store management has a misunderstanding of the phrase "Point of Contact".

Dillons/Instacart collaborations. Mistakes are made, Dillons says they are not responsible as Instacart is 3rd party. Instacart says they are not responsible because Dillons must refund the money. No one is responsible I guess, except the customer for NOT ordering something, being charged for it and not receiving it. Customer Service sucks!

The store, Woodlawn and 37th, is a mess. Product shortages, lack of staff, cluttered aisles, etc. prices not competitive. The store, Central and Rock is managed much better.

I came to order flowers for a funeral a few days ago. I was told that Dillons no longer delivers flowers and hadn't for three years! I know that wasn't true because I have ordered flowers through them before. Then she said she would help me order some on line but then when she went to her computer she said she was really to busy and didn't want to. I left!!

This review is for the deli. While watching the 5 employees do nothing but ignore myself and another customer we agreed that this is the worst Dillons deli in the city. They looked up at me several times and never said a word. Perhaps they were doing other tasks but ALL they had to say was we will right with you ma'am. When the employee finally came to the counter she was borderline rude like I was bothering her. This is my neighborhood grocery store that I visit sever times per week. Get it together

Pretty much done with dillons, nothing majorly wrong just in the old days I didn't mind paying a premium on products if the overall service was worth the extra, that seems to be gone now. I'm not one to really always just look for the lowest price, quality, environment, convenience, service all play a part in the price I'm willing to pay. Dillons for example always had plenty of cashiers, baggers, clean fully stocked store etc. These things are sadly gone now. I've been lenient with my opinion considering Covid, the struggles to do business with the situation etc, but this seems to have become the pattern, not a circumstantial fluke. Tonight was the last time I stand in line for 40 minutes due to only one cashier, last time I fight my way through a cluttered, poorly stocked store, last time I have to bag my own groceries and feel bad for holding up the 20 people in line behind me and last time I pay premium price for all those services that have gone away. If I want that environment, I'll go to Walmart and pay less. Goodbye Dillons, it's been a run.

I visited this location this morning and was assisted by one of the most kind workers. His act of kindness was so simple but definitely made an impact on my experience here.Steven went out of his way and stopped doing what he was I'm the middle of doing, stocking shelves, and went to looked for an item for me.I'm assuming he really took the time to look becausehe spent some time in the back. The item wasn't in stock but his sincere positive and urgent attitude was really appreciated. My family will definitely be back to experience more positivity from this team.Everyone else I came across said hello and offered assistance also.
