Awful customer service. They could care less about taking care of you in a timely manner. Refused service when we didn't have our card physically present and needed to pay over the phone.

They shouldn't even have a star! ever time they miss some of my scripts. They do not call the Doctors when you are out of refills, so you had better be on top of your prescriptions. I had my Dr. send the scripts for 31 days because there are 3 months with 30 days and 8 with thirty one days (feb has 28) and they STILL only fill for 30 days so the refills are out of wack on the refills. Guess they can't count more than 30!
