I purchased 2 shoulder roast but my recipe called for 2 roast chunk. When I went to customer service about 30 minutes after purchasing my roast, to exchange them for what I needed, her boss told her over the phone that she wouldn't swap them because there is nothing wrong with them. I asked to speak to a manager. A manager came over and asked how he could help me. I told him the exchange I needed, and he said, "How much are they?" ($24.29 and $23.17)He looked at the price and said that's too high, I can't do anything for you. I asked if he could exchange 1 and I just purchase the 2nd one I needed. He said, "No I'm not dealing with it. There is nothing I can do for you." This is terrible customer service. Their reluctance towards me was ridiculous. There is always something you can do for the guest. Even if there is a discount on the 2 additional ones I needed to purchase. Don't go here unless you absolutely need to.

Pharmacy is lacking. Rarely have my prescription ready on time. Don't bother using the automated system they have... It will take days to get filled. Drive-through is awful especially when Crystal is working. She is so slow and acts like she doesn't care. Not a great representative at the window. Would recommend Walgreens if you need to pick up your prescriptions if convenience is one of your criteria.

I am so fed up with this Dillons store on Rock Rd in Derby Kansas I could scream! I can't remember a single visit when they weren't out of one organic item or more that I need and depend on. I don't just mean out for A-day or 2 I mean out for weeks on end even though the other Dillon stores in Wichita seem to be able To have the items in stock. Despite my efforts to bring this problem to the attention of the managers in writing I have yet to even be Contacted and there is no improvement whatsoever in fact they seem to be getting worse! If anyone knows how to get ahold of the district manager or someone higher up who can actually do something about this disgusting disregard of customers needs please let me know! Thank you!P. S . If you are dependent on organic products as I am to avoid painful inflammation in your joints, you may wanna go to another Store and not waste your time stopping at this one.

My family and I have always shopped Dillons for our groceries. The staff is always friendly and the store has what we need.

Overall this is a good store, they usually have everything I'm looking for. However there are some areas for improvement. The deli is the most inconsistent place within the store. They recently started using a new slicing guide for customers but the staff isnt all aware of it, this is the 3rd time my lunch meat has been sliced wrong. The pre sliced meat is also way too thickly cut. The butcher counter is also usually understaffed. Aside from that I love the layout, and selection of groceries.

Had a terrible experience with the bakery at this location. Ordered a birthday cake for my son a month in advance. The cake was to be chocolate, buttercream icing, and Thomas the train themed. I called a week out from the day it was needed to confirm my order and was told the order had been lost. They took my order a second time. When I went to pick the cake up there was a sticker on the box that read "whipped icing". I asked the employee if that meant the cake was made with whipped icing and he said "yes". To top it off, the decoration was very sloppily done (as if done in a hurry or by someone with little experience). I told the employee I was not going to take this cake because my son likes buttercream and will not eat the whipped. He claimed no one was working who could fix the cake and tried to convince me to take it for a discounted price. I refused. He then said he would text the baker and have them call me so we could work something out.The baker did call. Two days AFTER my son's birthday. The baker tells me the cake was made with buttercream icing, she just put the whipped cream sticker on it because they were out of buttercream stickers. She then asked if I would come pick up the cake. I told her I no longer needed it because I had purchased one elsewhere and his birthday was now over. She kept asking me to come get this cake. I finally asked her if she was going to give it to me free or at a discounted price. She told me; "Well, no. The cake is still going to be $24.99". Okay...so you're now trying to get me to buy a two day old cake, after the date I needed it by, for full price? No thanks. The baker then got snippy and replied "Fine. I'll put it in the display case. Someone will want it!". Fair enough. I have pictures of the cake I was presented with that show how poorly decorated it was(including the sticker on top that says it was made with whipped icing) and have attempted to reach out to the store manager over this situation with no luck. I will never order from this bakery again.

Called and got a few pills from my prescription the other day called to get it refilled again they refused because they had no knowledge of splitting my prescriptions so now I have to wait 61 days to be able to get it refilled this is the fifth bad experience I have had with the Dillons pharmacy and I'm going to take my $900 plus medical bill and give it to someone else in the city since they don't appreciate it bye

Never visit this dump. Rude. Obnoxious ugh!. Be careful if you purchase something and when you return customer service will tell you it will be back on your bank card in 24 hours lol yeah right. It never goes back. When I went back and questioned I was given a number to call which I tried for 3 days waiting on hold for more than 3 hours at a time still could not speak to anyone. Terrible Management yess! Walmart it will be.

we have noticed the "fresh" produce isn't even lasting sometimes 2 days before there is mold on all of the fruit. Basically already fermenting fruit by the time we get home.

This Dillons is OK, but not fantastic. I actually prefer shopping at the smaller Dillons in Derby, but they sometimes don't have everything I'm looking for. Yesterday, I purchased some "day old" French rolls that had been marked half off. Later that same evening, I went to put the rolls in the oven to warm for dinner and noticed mold on the very first one I took out of the package. Today, I took the rolls back to the store with my receipt. The clerk was nice enough, but said that they generally don't take back items that have been marked down, and made it sound like she was doing me a favor just this once. It's not like I had bought the rolls, and they had sat on my counter for 3 or 4 days. I bought them the very same day I tried to fix them for dinner, and they were MOLDY. To be fair, the packaging was not clear, so there was no way to see the back of the rolls without opening them. I can understand not allowing return of marked down food if someone just changes their mind, but these were MOLDY, and there should have been no issue with returning them. Stores should not sell moldy or outdated food--no matter how cheap--and they certainly shouldn't balk at refunding money for a food item that is moldy. I've bought many marked-down bakery items in the past, and have never had a problem. From now on, I will no longer be making purchases of those marked-down items, and will just assume that every marked down bakery item is probably stale moldy crap that I won't be able to get a refund for. I'm left wondering just how many other people ended up with moldy rolls that day. (There were several packages.) I also wonder if anyone even thought to go back and check the other packages (if they hadn't all already been purchased by other unsuspecting victims) after I returned mine. Doubtful.
