Dillon Stores

This grocery store is so small. It really does have that small town feeling. My complaints are that it was more cramped and cluttered and hard to get around in. I was impressed with the bakery and floral departments for how little this store is.

We placed an order for a seasonal frozen fruit and at the appointed due date we waited for someone to contact us. When we finally inquired, a few days later, it took some digging to find out the store manager, John, did not place the entire order. In an effort to rectify the mistake he offered a substitution at a discounted price. The substitution wasn't even close to what we ordered. We waited all year to order this item.

Really friendly people at this store. They have almost everything. They don't have all that the Walmart right next door has, but the level of friendliness and helpfulness in the store makes it worth it to go to Dillons. Plus they have the best organic section in town.

I had an unusual request . Once I reached the manager, Tina, she was extremely helpful and very nice. It was not a difficult request but unusual so instead of immediately saying no, like others, she took care of the customer! Thank you!
