No checkouts open and the lady as self checkout was nowhere to be found. After scanning my first order it says need attended help yet nobody was around to help. After waiting several minutes she finally arrived with an attitude and told me my cart was too close to the register and I still had items in it. It was my fault because I hadn't scanned the rest of my items. I told her it was a separate transaction because my dad was buying them we only shared a cart. After scanning his order it did the same thing. If you don't trust shoppers to scan the items themselves then why offer self checkout. Open registers with employees. I know you have employees to work the registers I seen two managers working together doing absolutely nothing the entire time I was shopping. Why does it take 2 of them to do nothing. I'm sure they get paid more than at least 4 checkers combined

So we stopped at the Dillon grocery store in Wichita before we came to Sterling Kansas and do you know in Kansas you cannot buy liquor or wine in the grocery stores you have to go to a liquor store. Well this store is part of smith's grocery chain it was so big it had everything we needed.

Attendant at gas stop short changed meYesterday at 2:47 pm I stopped to fuel my pickup on pump 9I believe the guy's name was Travis behind the windowAll I had in my wallet were $20's & a $50I gave him two $20's and said I need $40 on pump 9He handed me the receipt and I started walking to the pump and noticed on the receipt it said $40 then $30 under itI went back to the window and said I gave you two $20's and he replied no, you gave me a $20 & a $10 but you can have the $10 backI gave him another $20 and he gave me the $10 back meaning by then I had given him $60 and he gave me $10 still screwing me out of $10I called the main store number and was transferred to someone in management that was absolutely NO help at allThe guy had a speech impediment if that helps tell who I spoke to.Left my number in case their drawer was long but never heard back.I KNOW how much I had in my wallet and Travis is working a little scam at the Dillons gas stop on 30th so BEWARE and only use debit or credit.William Edgar

never haver I ever been treated so badly as I was today while I was shopping at dillons marketplace in hutch. I have shopped there since it opened and before 30th street dillons. in fact I used to work at the Dillon general offices. since 1972. while I was at the store today 2/28/25 a group of management was in a group in an isle I was in looking for an item after the store rearranged everything. the lady in the group said to me isn't this fun we're on a treasure hunt. I said if you have the time. this makes me want to go to Walmart. she said back you are certainly free to do that. not even can I help you find what you are looking for, and she walked away with the group.

Have always really enjoyed Dillons Marketplace in Hutchinson but was really disappointed with my experience this morning. I went in early prior to the floral department being open to purchase a single balloon for my sons birthday. I do this for all of our kids birthdays to make sure they wake up with balloons for their big day. They have always been very accommodating to my early arrival! Until this morning... I was told this morning that they couldn't fill one single ballon until the floral department opened due to a helium shortage. I was very confused by this due to the fact that I would be able to fill my ballon via the floral department one hour later once that staff arrived. I live 10 minutes out of town and know my son will be awake prior to the floral department opening so I'm not going to return in 1 hour. My family spends 1,000s+ dollars per month at this store and I'm very disappointed with the horrible customer service/flexibility this morning. My son will get to wake up to no balloons this year and Dillons on 30th will probably lose a significant amount of my business due to this lack of customer service.

I like the store fine but their constantly out of sale items and several times they would have a sale sign for in store special and it would ring up the regular price. Would say something to the cashier and they would not even check I just wonder if it just a way to get rid of overstocked items your best bet is to take a pic of the sign and show the cashier

I once again gave this place my hard earned money and again left there feeling annoyed because of the lack of care. Not even a simple greeting my husband or I recieved the the 2 hrs of shopping we did.We shopped the entire store from produce to meat to clothing back to the chinese kitchen not one greeting from anyone in any dept.I was obviously struggling to find infant apparrel when 2 associates passed by me and still offered nothing.I had to go over to one of them and ask for help. Someone in management stood there on their phone while I looked for a certain type of bread.Never acknowledged me.There were employees in each dept. many of whom just passed us by.No acknowledgement or even a nod.My cashier greeted us ,I responded that I didn't find what I came there for,it didn't seem to matter.We groceryshopped at this store specifically to purchase a baby gift.125.00 later in groceries.We left,vowing to never shop here again.Very dissatisfied.
