Derby Overhead

OMG!!!!!! My previous Home Warranty company sent the same person to fix my garage door twice. They could not fix it. The reason they could not fix it was because they were not capable of fixing it. A friend of mine told me that DERBY Overhead Doors had fixed their garage door. I called them, they came right out. My garage door works now better than it has worked in three years! All it took was simple replacement of sensors. It took them coming out twice, but the second time was a charm. It literally took the young man five minutes to fix my garage door. They immediately scheduled an appointment. The young man came early and took five minutes to figure out what was the matter it was fixed in two minutes!!!I will tell you this, no one else will be able to touch my garage door, other than DERBY Overhead !!!

Garage door would not rise more than about 1 ft off the ground. Called Derby Overhead and they sent a technician to my house the same day.Brad was courteous and knowledgeable and explained in detail what he was going to do to fix the problem. About 20 min later he was done.Price for the call was reasonable, response time was excellent, competence was totally there.Very satisfied.

Yearly maintenance of my garage door, etc. Chose Derby Overhead this year to gitRdone. Affordable $, and my tech Brandon was knowledgeable/experienced and just so nice.
