Always went to Venetian nails for years and lost my tech-gave this place a try based off YELP Reviews and am not sorry! Michelle the owner is very nice and set me up with Tiffany. What a great job and fast. Got the best pedicure I have had in years! Hot rocks, wrap for my dry legs. I'll be back!

i went in today and got shellac on my nails and it was fantastic! a great manicure and i would recommend. I also went to go get my eyebrows done and i ran into a few problems. she only did one of my eyebrows... after she told me she was done i confronted her on it and asked her to do the left one and she responded by saying she already did, but she obviously did not. i asked her to please do my left eyebrow and she burned me with the wax so now my brow is very sore. finally she still did not do above my brow at all but i left it and went on my way. i really like the right brow but i wish i had a right brow to match...

I'm not picky with my nail salons, but even if I were this place would get top marks. The nail bar is brand new and everything is so clean! There's nothing that gets me more jazzed than a UV lamp with no dirt (or skin) residue inside! My mom and I popped in for manicures (shellac for me and regular polish for her) and they were able to seat us right away at the nail bar. I like the bar stools better than a regular table because nobody has to hunch over during the manicure. Mom thought the bar stools were a bit uncomfortable, but if that worries you they also have regular height tables. My only criticism was that the manicures weren't the speediest. The ladies took their time and the quality was great, but if you're in a hurry be warned.

Getting a pedicure and manicure. Soaked in a citrus bath and massaged with lavendar oil. Awesome. Think I am falling asleep after such excellent and relaxing treatment.

Most, if not all of the technicians are now trained to do a dip manicure. Still great service.

The ladies are so nice and helpful when it comes to choosing what type and color of nails you want. They suggested dip powder to me, which I had never tried, because my nails were already in bad shape going in and the powder is a healthier option than acrylic or gel nails. I walked in with a friend and they sat us next to each other, and kept conversation going with us the whole time! We didn't feel rushed or like the ladies had something better to do. Amazing customer service. Super clean, easy going place!!

New to the area so I had decided to give this a try. Great service, personable techs, I've been multiple times now and don't plan on going anywhere else!

I have probably been going here for pedicures for about a year now. Really liked the tech Kim as she was good at working on my toenails that get ingrown. In Dec. Kim was out of town so I had a different tech. She dug a little deep and I had a sore toe for a few days and am probably lucky it didn't get infected. Another time, I had to wait probably 20 min. even tho I had an appointment. Yesterday was the final straw. Kim is still out of town so I just booked an 11o'clock with someone else. When I arrived, it was several minutes before I was even acknowledged and that was just a hello. After 20 min., I was finally taken back to a chair and upon asking was told maybe 5 more minutes. Once the tech started, she never asked which service I wanted. I got the basic which was fine as I had somewhere to be. what clinched my decision to not go back was that after getting me settled to dry, she went to a customer who was waiting and took her to her nail station. I could tell from the conversation that this was probably one of her regular ladies. I am guessing I got the basic so that she could get me done in a hurry and be done in time to help her regular client. I'm sure it's hard to coordinate appointments and walk-ins, but that's no excuse to rush thru one persons appointment to get caught back up!

After looking at other reviews I decided to give this place a try. bad decision on my part. worst manicure i have ever had. Was cut at least 8 times by my first tech, and began to bleed. awful shaping. then after two hours of misery i was nearing the light at the end of the tunnel. my nails are drying and another tech comes to check if they are dried. no where near it. messes up every nail. then proceeds to cut me another 4 times with the drill while "fixing" it.

Is this how you treat your customers? I'm a hair dresser this was one of my clients. and I saw this on her wall . I'm going to guess you guys used dirty tools, had unlicensed nail technicians working. Always keep in mind to ask to see there license and proof to know it's them. So many nail technicians use other people's licenses so they don't really go to school or get certified to do it. That is green junk sitting on her nail bed. It's absolutely disgusting. Not to mention painful. Any way if you choose to come here I would make sure there stuff is clean.
