Derby Mattress

This store is so refreshing. No high pressure salespeople. If you shop for mattresses you already know that most other mattress stores talk bad about their competitors and we'll try absolutely everything to keep you from leaving the store. Mattress sales people in Wichita are worse than used car salesman. You won't get any of that at Derby mattress! You'll be greeted when you walk in the door by the the owner or her son. Sharon the owner is a wonderful lady. She's knowledgeable, compassionate and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a mattress.

Nice people here. Purchased a mattress on my first stop. Found a good deal and didn't feel the need to shop around. The low pressure sales approach was great. Highly recommend.

Sharon is probably the selling point of this shop. She is extremely nice and helpful to all of her customers. I've never seen anyone go so far beyond the call of duty just to make sure I was satisfied with what I chose. I tend to keep my business local, but honestly I would drive into town for this shop if I didn't live so near.

Went in looking just for a box spring. Staff was friendly and explained what they had for products. Asked enough questions to ensure that we got the right product for our need. They were not pushy and didn't try to sell us more than what we needed. Prices were very reasonable.

Love my experience here. We were in and out with no pressure to buy. The Lady was super friendly and I rather enjoyed talking with her. Will definitely be buying from her again!

Loved the advise given by the owner on how to try out a mattress. She showed us 3 different mattresses and suggested we lay down on each one for 10 minutes. Then the one that we liked the best, she suggested we lay down on it for 30 minutes. It was easy to decide which mattress was right for us. Prices seemed very reasonable to us, and the knowledge of the owner was wonderful.

Poor service on delivery. Store owner lied about how the mattress would fit my bed frame in order to make a sale. Beware of the nonprofessional salesman.

I was highly impressed with Sharon's knowledge of her products and how easy-going she is (no pressure). Also I love the idea that Derby Mattress is truly a local home-owned business. I bought a Tempurpedic Cloud mattress from her and when the need arises again I shall return to buy again.

The service and experience at Derby Mattress is far better than any comparable business within 50 miles. It isn't a flashy showroom, and the prices reflect that. The owner, Sharon, is incredibly kind and accommodating. Take your business here.
