Derby Dental Care

Everyone is so friendly! From check in to check out you're greeted with smiles. The hygienist was gentle and the dentist was very personable and helped me come up with a great treatment plan. I know that Derby doesn't have a shortage of dental offices, but they are by FAR the best around!

Out of everywhere my family has been in Wichita and Derby, Derby Dental Care provided the best experience. All the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They listen to what you have to say and they do their best to actually inform you about your dental care. Had an excellent experience with 2 adults, my 2 year old who is very sensitive around new people (she ended up not wanting to leave before telling Mandy thank you!) AND my newborn (no teeth yet, but they do a great job at taking care of tongue and lip ties!)

Staff is great to work with. Always greeted happily by the front desk. My son has Myobrace and they are teaching him great habits as well as makinf a huge difference in his teeth. Dr. Hatch does great work and love the follow up calls from him after a procedure. Would highly reccomend.

This place is a scam! Stay away! Dr was very RACIST and arrogant he didn't care I was in pain. I am a veteran deploying in a few days. I was extremely mistreated, disrespected and wasted a few hours sitting in a room just to be sent home with no cleaning or work done! My appointment was made specifically for a cleaning and get work done. Receptionist was rude and snotty! They collected my insurance and sent me home. They are a scam beware! Contacting BBB

We arrived on time, they pulled my daughter back to the dental chair, but she said she sat in chair for an hour before being numbed, and another 30 - 45 minutes before work. I have an idea, either reschedule if short on dentist, or hire more dentist. We were there for 3 hours to fill 4 cavities, the math doesn't add up.People get frustrated when on hold on the phone, a solution would be to give updates on the progression of services being rendered.

Very friendly staff .the dental assistants really put you at ease and are thorough on explaining what they are doing during exam . Dentists are very professional and answer all questions . I highly recommend.

Have went here my whole life and have loved it every time! The hygienists are very sweet and talkative, and the doctors are very patient and kind, even in procedure! Will always keep coming back!

Best experience ever!! Tammy was so great with my kids and Dr. Gunnell was great to work with. We couldn't be happier :)
