Couldn't have asked for a better broker than Debi. She made the entire sale/ purchase process very simple. She's got great insight, knows the market, and was always available when we needed her- even after closing.

Debi came highly recommended and helped us sell our family home after we moved out. She connected us with a good Estate sale company and coordinated with them to get the house ready for sale along with cleaning and lawn maintenance. She prepared a nice portfolio for our valuation report with pictures and comps from our area. She's very accessible, responsive and punctual, which are very important when dealing with time-sensitive matters from 2 time zones away.Several unfortunate surprises popped up that required estimates, repair, and access to the house, all of which Debi oversaw. I've worked with other realtors, and I feel that Debi truly had our best interests at heart and lended her expertise to help us make informed decisions we were comfortable with. She's kind and professional--a pleasure to work with during a stressful time!

Debi was absolutely amazing! We were selling our family home (after our mother passed away) from across country and debi took care of EVERYTHING! She set up an estate sale, had the necessary repairs done to the house and then had it detailed by a housekeeping service before she put in on the market. She priced it competitively and marketed the home. We would highly recommend her for any real estate needs, she's AMAZING and treated the home like it was her own!

There is so much that I would love to say about Debi Strange but I will keep my comment short. She has been on a roller coaster ride with me since we met several years ago. She is a constant uplifting, levelheaded, knowledgeable, flexible, and protective realtor as I made decisions. She is a 'tell you how it is' but with compassion and with your best interests at heart. She has only been professional and I felt like I was always in great hands with her. If I every had a question or wanted to change my mind, she responded quickly and I knew I could trust her. If she didn't know the answer, she would do the work to figure it out. All in all, for me, she is the best realtor I could have asked for.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Debi. We relocated to Wichita from out of state and she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. She is very responsive and professional yet you feel like you are working with a trusted friend you have known for years. She helped us after hours with some hiccups we had in pre-closing. Post-sale she even made herself available to help us with builder inquiries for some minor concerns we had. Please know that if you choose to work with Debi, you are selecting not only a great realtor, but a great person as well.

Debi has a long history with our family. She sold my wife's parents' house for them when they moved out of state. She helped us buy our first house together, and we have referred her to several friends, who she has also helped buy new homes. She is enthusiastic, listens carefully, and doesn't waste your time with things you aren't looking for. She goes above and beyond every single time, and has a quality network of associates that help her make things as smooth as possible for everyone involved. She referred us to a sprinkler system guy and heating/air guy that we still use to this day (a decade later). She will be our realtor for life, but we consider her a family friend now. We cannot recommend her strongly enough, and since a galaxy of stars is not an option, we will have to settle for giving her five.
