This realtor ran my credit for a MORTGAGE, just to rent a house. Then, approved me to rent a house. Said she would send me the contract. I waited. Contacted her a few days later, she said it was no longer available. This is extremely unprofessional. Please do not let this person deal with any of you housing needs. Go somewhere else and find someone that knows what their doing.

This landlord does not return calls, refuses to return deposits, does not provide upkeep of the property, and discriminates against the LGBT community. She also doesn't properly clean apartments before she flips them and tried to lease a house that was flea-infested. She lied and said the carpet was new and it was not. Fixtures and linoleum are from the 80s and peeling off the floor, plumbing loose and leaking in baths, broken bricks on exterior steps, paint is sloppy. If that's not enough, she's rude, accusatory, and disrespectful. I cannot recommend anyone do business with this person or business.
