I buy all of the special flowers I send from here. They never skimp! First order was from when they were on N Broadway (dating myself) it was a single long-stemmed rose. That box alone was huge and the rose was Perfect! It was laid on a beautiful fern leaf and drowned in baby's breath. A satin bow curled around it. $10 (20 years ago) The last bouquet was a sympathy bouquet. I spent $75 delivered maybe $85 or so. It came and swallowed the kitchen table! When all the Lillys bloomed, her whole house was filled with their sweet scent and they lasted longer than any other bouquet she received. I wasn't even trying. They go above and beyond with their customer service. When I don't know, I call and they help me. I have never felt talked down to or like an idiot for asking a dumb question. Highly recommend!

These flowers were delivered today to honor my wife's father's passing. Morbid thought but they were as dead as he was. Piss poor on Dean's never again.

I ordered a funeral basket for my Aunt's funeral. The flowers were delivered early, which I truly appreciate. However, they look nothing like they should and to me, look like we are celebrating a new baby. Wish someone would have notified me that the basket, greenery, and all flowers were substituted...and a pink bow was added.

Horrible customer service!! What a POS to deal with. He'd rather collect money at the end of the month from a third party online service than make a situation right!I would never recommend this company or the online "family owned" BS online. They must be idiots to think it's ok to just shrug their shoulders. $70 for an arrangement that is the wrong color flowers and a day late for delivery.

Placed a last minute order for an orchid for my significant other while out of country for work. I explained to the owner that it was important that it be delivered same day because it was our anniversary. The color I selected was temporarily sold out, but the owner reached out to 4 other florists to find it. He then personally delivered it to ensure customer satisfaction. I really appreciate the customer service and personal interaction from the owner. The quality of the arrangement was amazing, and my significant other was very happy.

I live out of state, but purchased a holiday bouquet for my family in Kansas. It was the most vial looking arrangement and I cannot believe there was no quality control coming from a supposedly "high end" floral shop such as Dean's Designs. They also have very poor customer service.

I called in a phone order and had a great experience with their customer service. The arrangement that went out was beautiful and unique! I will use the whenever I need something special in KS.

I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for taking a last minute order this morning and getting it delivered by 10:30 am. Our daughter needed our love and encouragement in a short timeframe and you got it done. Her reply - "They're beautiful...I needed this." Thanks much for helping us love our daughter.

I ordered an arrangement for my deceased uncle's family as they are using Dean's Designs for the funeral. I asked for a $50-$60 bouquet for a Christmas centerpiece. I am out of town and I saw it today. I can tell my family was not impressed, as no one thanked me. It is mostly cheap carnations and very unimpressive looking. A $25-30 bouquet at best. My family also had to call them the day it arrived to say some of the flowers were drooping. I am giving them 2 stars because they did replace it because of this. But it is such a poor sparce looking bouquet it was a waste of my money. Wondering if the florist thought I would never see it so they would go cheap? Very very disappointing as I thought I would bless my family with a beautiful bouquet. Not so much.

Very disappointing and over-priced... For almost $200 for a single arrangement, I expected something spectacular.
