Dawn Anaya - Coldwell Banker Plaza Real Estate

Everyone wants a realtor that has filed bankruptcy for almost 1 million dollars. A realtor that rushes you, takes advantage of you, leaves out important information, takes personal calls on your closing day in the midst of your final wall thru. A realtor that ignores your concerns on issues with the home your about to purchase when you tell her during the final walk thru. A realtor that intimadates you if you back out you will be sued and any money already put up will be lost. We had good reason to back out sellers falsified disclosures. A realtor that 5 days after you close on your new home avoids helping you properly dispute disclosures that were falsified by sellers. Instead we live in a home that's a hazard to my family, no money for a lawyer and now going to lose our home we've had for under 4 months. If Dawn listened and did her job we would've been able to back out of the house with major prior flooding, cracked foundation, mold that's making us sick. Our first home, my husband a navy veteran and my daughter that was so excited to have a home. We were referred to Dawn, Dawn referred us to home inspector who missed cracked foundation visible clearly on outside of home. All thru the process we were lied to about our monthly mortgage payment by dawn and when it was too late we were responsible for a mortgage over $200 of our budget. A lender that just avoids us, Firehouse home inspections has treated me so harsh and denied everything. The sellers were a local dermatologist and a marijuana smoking local Pastor. The sellers lied about repairs being completed and still had to fight for those repairs 3 months later just to find out the Pastor was too high and forgot to have window company repaired in master bedroom. Many red flags Dawn should've of noticed being she has 25yrs experience when we had no experience and thought Dawn was representing us. But to find out which isn't legal or wasnt consented by us the buyers that our realtor represented us and sellers. Seller's were selling their own home and had no realtor representing them but after reviewing Dawn's sales online it states Dawn represented both buyer and seller. The company Coldwell Banker Dawn works for have been rude and just ignore us completely. When we tell people about all we have suffered on our home purchase and name Coldwell Banker people say Coldwell is a horrible company and crooked. We had a city inspector out and he couldn't believe Dawn allowed us to buy this home in the condition it was. We knew painting needed to be done.but not 20k in repairs. We didn't ask for this hell but Dawn put us thru it and doesn't blink an eye. Of course not she has to rebuild at any cost to her clients after her huge bankruptcy few years back. About the time when she began working for Coldwell Banker. Stay far away from Dawn and Coldwell banker they're just scammers and cold hearted money hungry jerks even the President of the office Dawn's in. Of course he makes millions doesn't care about middle class struggling and just wanted a clean safe home to live in. Also we dont understand how this house passed VA appraiser. So we sit stuck in a toxic home and we cant repair it. We didnt ask for this nightmare and did everything to protect us. So seriously think twice before working with Dawn Anaya or Coldwell Banker. All I can do is get the word out and I am on Dawn, Coldwell, Firehouse inspections and the seller's. I cant afford a lawyer so all I can do is get the word out so no one else becomes victim of these people. This is a short version of what we have suffered just too many issues to name here.
