Called to make an appointment to fix a small problem, literally a ten minute job, and was told no appointment was needed and to just come in. When I arrived i was told they could not help me because I did not have an appointment. So, I drove 30 miles into Wichita to be turned away. They were not apologetic. In fact, the guy spoke to me like I was lieing about calling before I came. I won't go back there for repairs...or anything else.

I went there to trade a newer truck (2019) for possibly a CX-50. In these times I understand how hard it is to new vehicles but I was told someone would contact me when a new one came in so I could drive one before it was sold. No one ever called me back. Soooooo..... not being in a hurry, I waited. Still no one called. I thought well maybe I should go in and contact them again. This time they seemed more accommodating. We made the connection again and did get to drive a new CX-50. They never really explained all the features the vehicle had, which I thought was odd. When I asked if they wanted to look at my vehicle to give an estimate on a trade and the difference in trade. They told me they wanted to wait until I was really sure I wanted to trade or not, again odd. Once they decided I wanted to trade, the deal was on. Gave me a fair appraisal THEN, started on how bad my truck was and it needed new tires (just had a brand new set placed on the truck less than a year ago with around 10,000 miles on them max). Never going back, was not impressed.

I was on a recent business trip visit to Wichita and overnight, in a downtown hotel parking lot, my car window was smashed in. I had a business meeting to get to and materials to take care of and a very short time frame. My Mazda passenger window is hard to find and these people at Davis Moore were an incredible help and life saver. They bent over backwards. They were helpful, quick and professional and swept out all of the broken glass that they did not even create. They even said they thought I had a dog and they were sure they got all of the glass but just to make sure the dog would be ok, maybe I'd want to also take it to be detailed.

I came into this dealership only to get an oil change before driving home to Oregon. I waited in the lounge with my daughter - played a little Pac-Man had a soda looked at new cars in the show room- pretty nice! Colby came to talk to us and recommended a new air filter and told me that I really needed new tires- I hesitated only because we have no sales tax in Oregon and hoped to wait until we got back home before buying. Colby showed me the wear on my tires and was able to find me a discount - my problem is I didn't have time to have them put on since I was under the gun to move my daughter out of her dorm. Colby once again went out of his way and let ya borrow free of charge a 2027 CX9 for the day - made moving so much easier than with my CX5! I highly recommend this dealership and specifically Colby!

This place is okay. I wouldn't buy something from them again, based on my experience.1) I bought a pre-owned car and wasn't too keen on getting a warranty. They were a bit adamant about it and said I could cancel within 30 days. I did cancel, but they didn't refund the entire amount properly. They sent me a check for half the amount and then I had to call and get the 2nd half of the payment reimbursed. This was a hassle.2) There was a crack in the windshield that they replaced. They also ripped some panel under the hood at the same time. My car has made noises ever since. I took it back to their shop and they acted like the noise was normal. It still makes rattling noises to this date.3) The remote key/alarm they installed was after market. After a battery change in the car, the remote no longer made sounds when locking/unlocking the car. I called to ask how to fix this and they said they were unable to help.The car that I purchased was an "okay" deal. I was a bit naive and it was my first experience buying a car. Remember once you leave the dealership, that is the end of your contract with them (unless you have a warranty, etc). So it's important that they cross their t's and dot their i's. They could've done a better job but they chose not to.

I haven't purchased a car yet but the kindness and service I was provided by Jason Kelly in this crazy windy cold was stellar! It makes me not want to go anywhere else for my car shopping! The value of the Mazda is well worth it as well I think. I touched the interior and sat in the seats and I just love the quality I see here. This is by far the best service I have received anywhere in a very long time! Thanks Jason! This dealership has the most expensive oil change I've ever had in the 2 years of owning my Mazda. In Texas I was able to get "the works" package done on my car for $40 at a dealership and in Kentucky the most I paid was $60. Now this dealership charged me $160 for the works. That's by far the highest price I've ever seen. When i asked why it was so high they said it's cause they rotated my tires but that was done all the previous times as well. I've seen Audi's get serviced for less. Idk if they feel that hiking their prices up is appropriate since they are the only Mazda dealer in this area? But I felt robbed. Unfortunately like I said this is the closest dealer so it is my only option for now. Other then that the service staff is very friendly and understanding. The pricing isn't their fault.

The sales team at Davis Moore Mazda were not expressively knowledgeable of the vehicles in their inventory. I was recommended to Davis Moore because their professionalism and product knowledge were supposedly "the best" in Wichita. I found my experience to be that of shopping at Carmax. The sales staff are indifferent and "Lazy" in comparison to what I consider to be the standard for a good automotive salesperson. This is ofcourse one man's opinion. I'd suggest reading other reviews before deciding whether or not this is where you want your "hassel free" car buying experience to be.
