Got a letter stating they had someone interested in my car. I made it clear from the start if they weren't going to offer what i had left there wasn't going to be a deal. They offered me $4,000 under and weren't backing down from the price of the truck i liked. Had really hoped when the business is the one that reaches out they would offer to work with me. My credit is not the best but if your the one asking for my business Itd make sense to make a deal worth our time.

Be very careful with this dealership I would look elsewhere. Our recent experience found the same old car dealer tricks. My elderly mother and her grand daughter were razzle dazzled by the finance department. Same ole car dealer tricks. Look elsewhere.

Ive never posted a review in my life but this is just not right. I bought a great running 2018 RAM 3500 diesel with 129k miles from a dealership in Texas. I took my vehicle to get inspected which is done by the Kansas highway patrol, and passed inspection. Texas normally doesnt have cold weather so i took it to Dodge dealership on E Kellogg to have a block heater cord put on for cold weather purposes. They claimed it was a simple task. They said i had recalls to fix, so i said that's fine go ahead and fix. I use my truck for making deliveries and hauling equipment to job sights. My computer program was deleted and never recovered properly and now i have a truck that I've only made one payment on that does not run. ONe of your mechanics came out and told me that an apprentice hooked computer up but did not relay proper information to technician. I have talked to numerous people there that just want to pass the buck and not take responsibility for messing up my vehicle. You have a service manager who thought this was a race and said you will not win.. Win? Who the hell is running a race? This is about right and wrong doing the right thing as a professional. He will lie to your face and then make threats that he will send people to my mother's home in which to me makes it very personal. They put a band aid on my vehicle and now i have a 40k truck that doesnt work and still has to be paid for. What happened to owning up to your mistakes and fixing them? Being a person of integrity and have pride in your craft and who you work for? Being a professional? So if you had someone tear down a way that you make a living, a way that you feed your family what would you do?

Dropped off my 2019 RAM 1500 for a routine transmission service on 7/17/24 for a routine transmission service. Got a call around noon stating "we have bad news"... They backed my pickup into another vehicle and damaged it. Davis-Moore did the right thing and fixed my vehicle, but it took until 7/26/24 for the repairs to be done. While they had it, I asked that a couple of issues be looked into / fixed - one was a "groaning" from the steering as I turned at low speed. The other was the pickup going into neutral all by itself as I came to a stop. Both were noted as "Software Upgrade" fixes which they elected to charge me over $365 for. This is a software fix... Not a problem with the pickup mechanically, but a software fix to correct a known issue. Why does a dealership charge customers for a known software issue? When I arrived to get my pickup, I saw on the service sheet that they did a front/rear differential + transfer case fluid change. I had explained to them when I dropped it off for the original transmission flush that I had personally performed those fluid changes with top grade Ravenol fluids and they didn't need to worry about them. The service manager, Jeff Williams, expressed his sympathy for replacing my top-grade fluids with the standard MOPAR fluids, (Which he also told me included filling the front differential up with the same viscosity fluid as they put into the rear differential - which is NOT per the manual). I was told by Jeff that they would gladly bring my pickup back in and replace all the differential and transfer case fluids they installed with what I had installed... Thanks but no thanks. I would NOT recommend taking your RAM into this dealership for any work. Go find another Dodge/RAM/Chrysler dealership.

I have never experienced such terrible service in my life. I dropped my vehicle off at 0700 sharp this morning and no one had called to inform me it was ready the entire day. when I called at 3:50 I had to call 15 times with no answer and constantly getting transferred since no one could tell me if my vehicle was ready. I was told no one was at their desk but after a 4 minute drive up the road I got there and found out 4 people were indeed at their post. I dropped it off for 2 recalls & only received 1 with no explanation of why plus my check engine light was now on. I also spoke with Jessica at the CHEVY location who completely USELESS & EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!!!! While proceeding to get snappy & inform me that she knows my friend works there instead of helping me, she needs not to work customer service her professionalism & skills are TRASH!! 0/10

They allegedly fixed a recall on my car and did not test drive my vehicle. 2 miles later, my car cuts off while I'm driving.

On August 30th, I brought our 2014 Jeep Cherokee to Davis-Moore for a front-end alignment. I specifically told the service advisor about a loud noise up front that could have been a bad tire, or a bad bearing. I also indicated that the wheel was off center to the left and there was a hard pull to the right when you centered the wheel. He just nodded his head. About 30-35 minutes later I noticed the Jeep was already up front. When I was cashing out, I asked if the tech had any comments. She said no. I asked what the advisor's instructions were? There were none. Upon leaving, the noise was still there, the wheel was offset to the left and it still pulled hard right when I centered the wheel. Though Jessica wanted me to bring it back in to get it corrected, I didn't. It was obvious that nothing had been done, or done right. A subsequent alignment done elsewhere found the following problems: (1) the wheel was way off center, (2) right rear adjustment nut was loose and a bad toe-in had to be corrected, (3) right front caster was way off, and the right front tie-rod stop nut was loose. Both caster and toe had to be corrected, (4) the left front toe-in was so far off that it couldn't even register on the screen, and took several turns just to get it to register. From that point the toe was corrected. I don't know what Christian did, but I wasted $112 at first then another $100 elsewhere. The noise I was hearing was the tires "growling" due to the alignment being so bad. Now it's nice and quiet. Actually gained 3mpg. Oh, one more this, the sneaky "shop usage fees" that they don't disclose at the time you check in. BTW, the A.G. says that they are supposed to be disclosed up front. In closing, we will never do business with Davis-Moore again.

Stopped by to look at a Jeep Gladiator they had for sale. Curt Jones came out to help me. Curt was awesome. He gave us space, but available to answer any questions we had. We ended up purchasing the Gladiator. I felt the trade value was fair. Of course I would liked to have seen a higher trade value, but it was fair. The experience was as good as buying a car could be. If you go by Davis Moore on E Kellogg, ask for Curt.

I don't believe in writing or posting negative reviews and I have never done so before, however after my last TWO disastrous experiences at Davis-Moore's service center, I feel it is imperative that I warn others AGAINST bringing their vehicle to this service center! On both occasions I brought my Jeep in for a simple oil change / regular maintenance and drove away with a car that was in WORSE CONDITION than it was when I drove in. During each visit a mysterious ADDITIONAL PROBLEM was created. I was never given a sufficient explanation regarding HOW ALL OF THE SUDDEN my battery and back-up camera suddenly started to malfunction while in Davis-Moore's care. Again, both my battery and camera were working BEFORE I brought my car into the service center and I drove away distressed, angry, and disappointed because I suddenly have to contend with repairs for mysterious problems BOTH TIMES. While the shop manager was polite, he did nothing to solve the issue or KEEP ME AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER! Although I have brought my Jeep to Davis-Moore's service center since 2018, I will NEVER patronize that shop again and I suggest no one else does either!
