10/13/2023.Tried them out again. They told me a ride was on the way to pick me up. I waited an hour and nobody ever showed up. It was after 5 and I was stuck at work. I had to call an uber to come pick me up. Very disappointing.

Purchased a used car in April. Two days after I got it the intake VVT solenoid went bad. So they replaced just the one solenoid it is recommended to replace both the intake and the exhaust but due to it being warranty work on a car that was not replaced now less than 4,000 miles later because I did not get the $2,000 extended warranty it will now cost me $353.33 to replace a part that should have been taken care of in April when this happened. The crazy part is this vehicle was always serviced at this very shop for every oil change or anything put on it so I guess they truly do not stand behind their work.

12-1-22. I was in the service department today and received A-1 service. The advisors are all very friendly and attentive to the problem at hand. Eric Chesterfield was my advisor today and took very good care of me and my car. I have no hesitation returning to Davis-More Chevrolet service In the future.

I came to Davis-Moore after a horrible 3-months of repetitive fixes and new parts at another dealership. Within an hour their tech had checked my past fixes and found the root cause of the problem. Not only did they put my problems to rest, they even reached out to GM for payment assistance as an act of goodwill for MONTHS of run around at the other dealership. I am so thankful my desperate Google search lead me to Davis-Moore and Erick, Eric and Tim. We will continue to make the drive to Davis-Moore for all our future service needs.

NOT GOOD---All Auto Dealers are going through a tough time, but not so much that people should have to go through this.....I was contacted that my new truck ordered (10 Weeks) had arrived and it was ready to take delivery....but only after getting there was I told that it was missing items that did not come from the factory...LPO Dark Essentials Package and All-Weather floor mats....when I asked when they would be available for install I was told "don't know". I replied then call me when the truck is ready for delivery....the Davis/Moore sales associate told me "this truck needs to go!" I refused to take delivery until missing items had been installed.....amazingly they were able to locate and install those missing items in less than a week and called me back to come in....STIKE ONE!The truck ($60K sticker price) was filthy on delivery...windshield, sunroof, floor mats, door panels, and wheels, door all needed to be cleaned. But from my experience above I decided to take it home and do it myself.............STRIKE TWO!Finance had the wrong sales price listed, $3,300 higher than agreed to and then did not adjust the sales tax till I pointed it out which was another $330 mistake.....STRIKE THREE!All in all a horrible experience and will not be back to Davis/Moore even for service.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was originally quoted $49 They had me sign a work order for $59. When I came back to pick up my vehicle and pay the total was over $80 fraudulent business.

Why can't dealerships hire people in the parts department that have general knowledge about vehicles?If you ask about a bolt size, their brain shuts down, and their automatic answer is no. I thought you came to the dealership for help not to hold the hand of the dealership to solve the problem for yourself. I left without the product or any help whatsoever from the person at the parts desk. Because it was "too hard" to understand transmission pan bolts.

I have never experienced such terrible service in my life. I dropped my vehicle off at 0700 sharp this morning and no one had called to inform me it was ready the entire day. when I called at 3:50 I had to call 15 times with no answer and constantly getting transferred since no one could tell me if my vehicle was ready. I was told no one was at their desk but after a 4 minute drive up the road I got there and found out 4 people were indeed at their post. I dropped it off for 2 recalls & only received 1 with no explanation of why plus my check engine light was now on. I also spoke with Jessica at the CHEVY location who completely USELESS & EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!!!! While proceeding to get snappy & inform me that she knows my friend works there instead of helping me, she needs not to work customer service her professionalism & skills are TRASH!! 0/10

Took truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Took longer than it should have and then----------tire rotation was not done at all; had to wait longer for a different employee to do it; first one lit out of there because his shift was over-probably why he didn't do it in the first place. And to cap it off,they failed to reset the oil life and the service writer had to look it up on how to do that. I really should stop going here, I always feel patronized.

If you are looking to buy a car I definitely do not recommend this place! Bunch of cheap skates and if something goes wrong they just tell you to live with it. I am so dissatisfied with this company and I will never buy a car here again! I went into the dealership with my 2018 Camaro to trade it in for a 2021 Trail Blazer since I found out I'm going to be a dad. I knew one of the sales guys personally from previous employment and figured I would give them a shot.The sales manager tried to screw me around on my trade and I caught him on his own lie. When he came back with what I went in knowing what I was going to get for trade I decided to make the deal. The car did not have remote start on it so I was connected with a accessories guy that helped me get the remote start ordered and on its way. He was pretty helpful.When the remote start came in I went back and had it installed. When they brought the car back to me everything worked but they told me that I need to bring my second key in so they can cut the new keys. It didn't make much since to me but I acknowledged and took my car. When I got a chance to go get the keys cut, I was told they were just going to take the key out of the original fob and put it in the fob with the remote start button. I argued that I was told the keys were going to be cut and apparently sales said they were not going to pay for that. I have the fob with the key that springs out with a button push. I talked to sales and told them I need to talk to accessories guy and I was informed that the guy I worked with originally got fired so I will have to work with the new guy. This was not a problem because he tried to help switch the blades over but now one won't stay open and the other has to be pried open. Sales basically told me to live with it. This places sucks ass when it comes to the sales department! Like I said take your business elsewhere if you want people that care about you and your needs.
